    I am very underwhelmed with this product. It is very buggy and I have had to completely reset it up twice since owning it. I would not recommend this particular version.

    Some of my receivers weren't compatible with this device and I had a really hard time teaching the Harmony to learn my old remotes. Once done, it's cool to be able to keep all your receivers out of sight.

    I had high hopes for it but didn’t really deliver. It’s only really good for 2 devices in my opinion. I had to return it for a better model which I’m pleased with.

    The set up is cumbersome and I couldn’t get the remote to work with my existing devices. I’m usually pretty savvy at tech stuff, but I gave up on it.

    Bought this to replace a harmony remote I owned because I thought it would control my PS4. Is cannot turn on PS4 and was not as easy to use as my old remote so I returned it.

    It only support maximum 8 devices. To manage samsung smart tv, it can only open certain programs but not allow us to program for any custom app like youtube, kodi etc.

    There's a reason this control is on clearance and not sold in stores. It constantly loses place with whatever mode you're in (TV, Movie, etc...) And stops controlling things like changing channels or the volume. I thought it was the remote since the hub worked fine with my phone. But a few days ago, I started getting errors with the hub and the app told me I had factory reset the hub. Now I have clue where the issue is and it's all going back.
