Inside cabinets are no longer an issue with this remote

Bought product a month ago and still not all set up and customized all the buttons yet and my family hates it. Too complicated for them on the remote. App is easy to learn.

Very easy to put on the wifi network but when trying to use it, get's very complicated. Spent a couple of hours programming it but really wished it was simpler.

Its Avery good remote had no problem controlling my devices the big problem I had with it was your depended on wi fi to control it that's a deal breaker.

Allows me to hide all my components in my furniture. Looks clean

The specifications are precise but the wiring needs to be longer for larger tv stands. Makes it very difficult to set up due to short wires. But works as described.

This was a replacement remote for my t.v. but I returned it because it did not have several of the buttons on my original remote that I and the Kids always used.

It replaces my older Harmony Logic, and I LOVE the improvements!

Returned for newer model, which is wifi enabled and works with smart products. Product would be good for basic needs, like Harmony connection for bedroom or office.

I may have wasted some money here. while I appreciate the device, its design and capabilities, I have been largely disappointed by the harmony's focus on activities over control of differnt devices from a centralized hub or remote. I still have to use several different interfaces to control multiple devices. what I really wanted was to build a single remote with minimal device changes ie vol changes reciever even if I am in tv device. again not the devices problem but my expectations.

Tried to program the remote following the supplied instructions. Called tech, he walked me thru, it now works ok with the phone app, however, the the hand remote is almost useless.

Not as impressed as with older harmony prodeucts, remote is kind of bland, Like being able to change things from phone though.

I am very pleased with my Harmony remote. It works great.
