It did not work with my google home mini and Samsung TV. I had to returne and got google chromecast instead.

I have one in another house with an ipad. It works great but was set up by a tech so I tried this myself. I have not got it to perform at 100% so I took a break and will try again

I like Logitech I have several of their 600 series remotes. I was excited to purchase this one since it was a smarter remote however I found that it is to complicated to set up. The included remote does not have a screen which is surprising due to how expensive is product is. however Logitech makes an even more expensive version with a screen I wasn't willing to Pony up the extra dollars for that. I think I'll stick with my 600 series remotes.

Doesn't connect to my xfinity cable box. If it would, then i would have no issues. Unfortunately, i still have more than one remote due to this issue.

Remote is not able to control multiple TVs at the same time. You have to connect the hub to whatever TV you want to control and that's all you get

Harder to setup than my previous Logitech remote. It uses a web based program to work. Wish it used the previous software setup instead of redoing the same thing

It works but it seems so clunky as far as app interface compared to other products I own. Logitech makes solid gear though and I stand by their overall quality.

We had a previous model and really liked it. Bought new television and bought this replacement. Did not spend the extra money for one with a display. Wish I had.

Installed with my Alexa. Mixed success. Certainly a far cry from total voice control. You will definitely need to keep the handheld remote close by.

I love being able to control everything with my phone.

Had difficulty setting up. Tried for two hours. Logitech web site not very helpful, and no phone number available on web site. Will contact store for help.

Works great with Roku, but disconnects from the Firestick everytime I use it, I have reinstalled it a number of times and still doesn't stay connected.

It does what it says, but it doesn't tell you that you need to downgrade your cell to using the 2.4ghz wifi in order to use your cell as a remote.

The plus is that you can use your phone. Unfortunately if you’ve had any other Logitech remotes it tries to make you use those profiles.

I like the thought of this, but not as polished as the other electronics Logitech produces. Isn't really plug and play. I wouldn't suggest this for the everyday consumer.

I find that the remote is not work too easily. Hook up was fairly simple but More programming is needed to get all of your devices on there.

I purchased rthis to control television and yet to have it work correctly. I installed the unit and it worked, but it keeps losing settings.

Bought this to use with Alexa to control my entertainment center, however commands are often not understood and relayed correctly.

Usually works but can sometimes lose sync with current functions and have to repeatedly push buttons to get it to catch back up.
