This looked really cool but it really did not work well. The sales person told me it could do more.

I purchased this product hoping to simplify control of 4 devices: LG C7 OLED, Sony ST-5000 soundbar, Apple TV 4K, and Xbox One X. Initially things were going very well, the remote recognized the Apple TV and Sony Soundbar automatically with the network detection. Unfortunately the TV and Xbox had to be manually added, which is where the problems started. Trying to set up one of the two activities (watching Apple TV), the TV would sometimes refuse to turn on, or the Apple TV would not turn off. Using the “FIX” menu in the app simply allows you to turn off the device that didn’t respond. It’s a shame, because after investing 2 hours trying to set this up, resetting all the devices, I had to give up. Despite some issues with the built in CEC control (and lacking in the Xbox), it’s easier to work through with the individual remotes than troubleshooting another device in addition. For some, this might work well, but apparently my simple device setup isn’t well supported by Logitech.

Unfortunately not all of the features worked with my particular television. Therefore wasn't that impressed.

It's an OK remote but takes a long time to setup and it never worked for my new hisense 4k TV so I returned it.

Overall its a great concept, but the user interface can be a bit cumbersome

My only complaint is that you cannot control via PC or some other method, you have to use a mobile device.

Got this for work, but I don't get it. I was thinking to use it with Alexa, but found it easier to use the older model Harmony (bigger and more buttons). The sales guy said he loves it, so I'll give it another month before throwing in the towel. Setup was not to fun, went back and forth between the app and the computer. Not a fan of controlling devices from a phone.

I don't know if I'm just starting to get old, but this was tricky for me to set up with the app. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You have to use the harmony app which is awful then once you finally get into the apps me syncing and all that which doesn't go smoothly the remote doesn't work properly for the activity you set it for I'd give zero stars of possible

I seem to always have to restart the theme I set in the harmony app in order for it to work through IFTTT

Biggest issue was setting up. Did not see anything that said it can only handle 2.4 ghz when setting up.

Should have read the reviews as I thought this was a whole house controller, not just a room. Returned

This has to be product which got little or no testing at Logitech. The setup and install was a nightmare; The geek squad tech gave up trying to make it work with my smartphone; It required me to do 2-3 days of research to getting this work as expected. Logitech's own website and customer service were quite useless. After spending a week setting this up the product stops working; It powers down completely everyday and requires physically hitting the reset button or removing the power supply and re-inserting it every day. Even when you recycle the power, and the unit powers on it loses connection with the remote unit or the smartphone; Which means you have to get out of bed and restart the unit again; Absolutely a nightmare experience;

We found it somewhat difficult to setup and then found that our tablet had an app that did the same thing so we returned it.

It works but everything needs to be just right. The signal from the base unit must have line of sight.

Wanted stand alone controler for my entertainmsnt center. Not something that works from my phone.

Had a such a high hope. It's difficult to configure as others say. But, it works eventually.

Took me hours to setup, depend on the Wi-Fi signal to work, not so friendly specially for people not technically savvy.

I had to set it up a couple of times and the remote have no lighted keys as other logitech remote i was used to.

I loved this idea-purchased it for my husband for Christmas but it was hard to set up. Sadly, had to return.
