Be careful before buying... it doesn't support all the smart home devices...

I am a Huge Logitech Fan with all my Keyboard and mouse coming from them and also I had Logitech Harmony 700 Remote. I wanted to buy something that I can control with my IPad so purchased this Device and I am highly disappointed with this System. I would have expected a Home Hub to Control more that 8 Devices and now with increasing number of devices (Smart TV, Streaming devices, Projector and many More) 8 Device limit is way to small. I was hoping to have atleast 12 to 15 Devices to be added. My 2 year old Harmony can control upto 7 devices so I would hope that 2016 Model Harmony Hub can atleast provide 12 devices. Contacting supports tells us that I need to buy another Remote for 349$ more to add 15 devices which I think is not worth it. Even though Hardware allows more devices software is the limiting factor. I am highly disappointed with Logitech and will be returning the product.

I purchased this item 3 weeks ago. To date, remote has not functioned 100%. My latest Bose speaker will not connect via bluetooth. The other 6 devises (are hit or miss), LG tv, LG dvd, Roku, Apple TV, Direct tv dish remain a work in progress. Not happy with existing "state" of remote control.

Insufficient instructions for very complicated setup. I think if we had a video or better step by step instructions, this could certainly been a five star item. One day when I get another 6 hours, I'll try it again to eliminate having to use multiple remotes...the reason for buying it in the first place.

I did like this tool but it took a very long time for me to setup.

Remote buttons are little small and non lit, and occasionally it's buggy

It’s a pain to set up. It works Okey-dokey after you set it up.

Got it to work with Alexia, never got it to work with out a fight.

Bought this with hopes of using it with app for iPhone. Doesn't work at all.

I bought this in hopes of voice controlling my television and blu ray. Programming this thing is terribly time consuming and I didn't have the patience so I hired the Geek squad. It managed to turn the TV off and on but wouldn't change to the favorite channels or anything I returned itm

It doesn't work well with Roku and TV at the same time.

I wrote a 4 star review previously. I had trouble setting it up, but once it worked, I loved it. Trouble was during the first week, I had to edit things I shouldn't have had to edit. Then it went completely crazy this weekend. The activity buttons switched functions, the inputs changed themselves around. Nothing changed on my end. I dint do nuffin, except spend another 2 hours trying to troubleshoot it. Sadly, I took it back today. I loved it for those three days it worked, but it was unreliable for me.

This thing is just about worthless. It’s difficult to set up and once you do it can suddenly lose it with no apparent reason. The remote has to be pointed directly at the reciever and even then it might not work. We bought 2 on sale and regretted it since. Junk.
