I had a in ceiling sound system built into our new house and the guy who set it up added this universal remote. We really like its look and feel and that it controls every one of our components that are hidden inside a closed door media cabinet. I like it so much I bought two more: one for our media room and another for the bedroom. Set up can be a little finicky, but most likely more due to my internet signal and the need to have two routers to cover the square footage. With a little patience to learn the software, it is pretty easy to program the remote to control absolutely EVERYTHING. Can program individual buttons to take care of some obscure commands like sleep timers -- no more juggling the cable remote and the TV remote to set the TV in the bedroom to switch off. Great remote. I wish Logitech kept this one instead of adding the Smart Home features on the Companion model. Adds extra buttons that are unnecessary.

Got this mainy for my wife, who is technically challenged, so she could use it with her tablet. Pretty easy setup if you already have a previous remote and setup stored with Harmony, though it still takes a while to figure out how the controls are laid out for each function. I could see the setup taking quite a bit longer if starting from scratch. Once set up, everything works great. Not having to point your remote at your devices is a big help, and the versatility of using phone, tablet or remote is great.

We just bought this remote for our downstairs tv after having the same one for our bedroom tv. Its so much more functional than the remote that comes with the cable box. I can push buttons with my eyes closed. Great remote!

Still working in getting everything set up on it but it works great on everything I’ve set up so far. Pretty easy to control and get set up.

I always was looking for my remote and when I did it was always low on battery. With my iPhone and ipad I have my remote ready and charged. It was easy to set up and makes watching tv easy, I have a hdmi box cable box, DVD and Xbox also Apple TV it takes one push of the button and I can watch any of them. It also has a favorite button which makes watching my hd tv programs easy to find.

I like this for consolidating the many remotes I have for the Television. The negative is that the remote it is small so loosing it could be an issue! BUT no fear, my cell phone can control it as well! NOW, the system is an RF remote to an IR unit. and a small IR blaster. That iR unit or IR blaster needs line of sight to your devices. I wish the remote itself also had IR capability, but that is not necessary. Also, the IR is strong and is able to do well in a cabinet, even when line of sight does not seem possible it still seems to work so just move items around and use the IR blaster if it does not work. The real reason for the IR blaster is to set in front of the TV so it can be controlled while teh IR unit is in the cabinet. . With it being an RF it can go through a cabinet, or in my case, behind a wall and control items that are 20 feet away from my TV. That is cool! Only challenge was getting the IR back to the TV. Solved it by buying an IR extender cable on the web. With all that done, it all works and works well now.. think the only reason I give it 4 out of 5 is due to my complex set up!

I am satisfied with this item. Another reviewer said it would take hours to program, so I prepared myself for that. However, within 30 minutes I was up and running. I maybe spent another 30-60 minutes total over the course of the next few days just fine tuning and building activities. (I have a pretty complicated setup) It works well with SmartThings and Alexa (you just have to remember what wording you gave to each activity). Overall it works great, and makes it much easier for my roommate to use my complicated setup.

Loses connection sometimes and I have to resync to my PS3. If you can use the remote to control individual devices I haven't figured it out. Overall I'm satisfied. Easy to use and wasn't bad to set up. The app is a great feature and allows more control.

I saw that this item was on sale. Super easy to setup and use. I was able to do everything I wanted including listening to my Sonos while channel surfing. Very flexible remote, and the 10 year old kid was able to use it on the first try.

i needed a universal remote that my wife could understand, and the harmony app and hub really delivered. I just set up the functions and she just opens the app and selects what she wants. And the touchscreen controls for our Directv are great.

Got a Roku stick in my room and couple of other devices and this worked exactly what I am looking for.

The set up process for the hub and remote are extremely simple. It's been so nice to banish all the remotes I used to use for my various devices in my entertainment center to a drawer and just use this one remote.

I wanted to get rid of all my remotes for my home theater, so of course I went to Best Buy to find the best in class. I didn't want to sacrifice control, like most universals do, but I was willing to. This remote is even better than I could have hoped for. I have every option on original remote, set up activities ( control multiple devices with one button), and extend range. And all this with my iPhone. Amazing product that should has more exposure.

My Grandson talked me into this purchase so there weren't so many remotes. Can also get the app and use on iPand or iPhone so I always have a remote.

Set up via the app was difficult however I plugged it into my lap top and set up was a breeze. I control my antenna for local channels, dish, fire TV, and chromecast. The best is also controlling through alexa!

I purchased this remote to replace my Harmony One remote that died. I was able to transfer the setup from my prior remote fairly easily and to get it to operate easily and quickly. Later, I was able to add Apple TV to the remote very easily. This remote has all of the features of the individual remotes along with programmable functions. It's small size is great and we have had no problems with it so far. It's a bit pricey, but I purchased it on sale which made that a bit less painful. It is perfect for my home theater setup and I am very happy with it.

I have been waiting for this remote control to replace my old Harmony 880 and the wait totally worth. The graphic user interface is very intuitive. The iPhone app works incredibly well. No more stress looking for a misplaced remote. The remote extenders can be programmed individually. All my devices are hidden and I was able to manage all of them without any issue from about 20 feet away. I have a lot of devices and the only limitation for me is being limited to 16 which I believe is enough for a regular home. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

I spent a lot of time reviewing remotes for my living room and was hesitant about the new Logitech. It truly is a great remote and easy to setup. It's got all the features you want and need at this time. Great value for the money.

I have had multiple Logitech remotes and this one is my favorite. The old school feel of the remote is simple to use and feels sturdy. I also like the the technology aspect of the app and the ability to setup TV even from other room.

Finally managed to go from 5 remotes into 1. Most works perfect except I have to figure out the buttons for the Sony Playstation 3. Works great on my Samsung tablets but not on my Motorola Photon smartphone. Need a new phone for sure.
