I feel that's, it's a great device to have in any home.

I actually returned this unit. Set up is easy as with all Harmony remotes, I have several of them. Thought this one would be great, IPAD and IPHONE control. Problem is that it would not stay connected to WI-FI which is required for it to work. I think this idea is great but it is not ready, Logitech needs to work on this some more. Maybe have a keep alive ping to the router or something to keep it alive. With the hub constantly having to re-sync, it was more trouble than benefit. Took it back and continue to use my Harmony 700 and have no regrets. Will be interested if they do some fixes, the idea is great, just needs some fine tuning.

Does not work as described does not work all the time

Purchased this item to replace three remotes for my TV. After trying to navigate the app for several hours, I gave up and returned the product. It was entirely too hard to program. The app forces you to follow its steps and it became increasingly frustrating.

I returned it. It was not exactly what I was looking for.

Where to start. I purchased a harmony elite a few years ago that worked perfectly for almost a year. Then the programing went crazy. Called Logitech support and the sent me a new one. Everything is great again. Fast forward another year and the new one is doing the same thing. The know about the problems but don't offer a way to fix them. I buy this one and the hub doesn't work out of the box. I can't return it because Best Buy returns are only 15 days. I thought every large company gave at least 30 days. I was wrong this time but I won't be wrong again. I'm done with Best Buy and Logitech. Waste of time and money!

Use it, thought it was alright for the price I bought

I have remote dimming lighting for proper theatre experience. This report only supports "activities" which if you want to save power which means you need to leave activities like "watch Blu-ray" to go to the activity for turning the lights down. Without ridiculous advanced setup this is not possible without turning off your other devices. When I asked why this was... I was only told it could work if I used the phone app. If I wanted to use my phone to control my remotes... why would I buy this device? Older models of the Logitech remotes are much better. While hard to find and you will pay more than the original retail for them, its still cheaper than the new remotes, and they actually have all the "buttons".

I was excited about the ability to control my home entertainment thru alexa with harmony's help. The fact that you literally have to go in and program every "recipe" makes the setup quite tedious. I hired the geek squad to come in and do it all for me. The gentleman could not get it to work with alexa. This was in the beginning stages of their relationship so maybe it is fixed now but I ended up returning it and bought a fire stick since the has voice controll built in.

Good univ remote but requires good sense to config

Average remote has it good an bad sides, Slim an lightweight.

Very time consuming to set up. To not have many functions on both physical remote and smartphone remote very frustrating. LG TV, LG sound bar, Sony Blue ray, Time Warner Cable - 4 items to sync, doesn't sound like much - aparently too much for this "universal remote"

The idea is great, but not easier to use than my 1100.

Difficult to sync even for the Geek who set it up. Has lost its ability to control the volume on either the soundbar or the TV. I have to use the 2 individual remotes for that.

I spent almost an hour trying to set up the hub and remote. I am an above average tech user and early adopter. Once I got all of the devices added, I could control individual devices, but the activities would not work consistently. It wanted to turn each device on every time you switched activities. Problem? Most devices simply receive a toggle power signal, which turns on or off depending on the current state. Plus the hub and my TV would not agree on input switches. Even tried a lengthy delay baked in. I really wanted this to work with smartthings and Alexa.

I had high hopes for this product. After I got it all configured, I was happy when pushing one button turned on my devices in order and set the proper inputs. But more often than not, I got frustrated when the app couldn't find the hub on my network. When that happened, it would have been faster to just turn on the devices manually. Also, not every button on my remotes could be used in macros which limited its usability. I returned it after a few days.

Remote control should not be this complicated to program. Takes forever to program things and it doesn't always work. I rather stick with v remotes then have to deal with this one.

Waste of money. Basic functions do not work consistently. Have to reprogram all of the time. Does not play well eith Alexa. Hoping updates in software come soon and fix the problems.

Sometimes this thing doesn’t sync up and when it “catches up” every button you push goes through at once. Frustrating. My wife hates it, but I find it good overall.

The remote could not "find the hub" constantly and therefore we couldn't watch tv. I thought it would be great to be able to control the tv from my phone, but it really didn't work most of the time. I returned it.
