We upgraded our harmony remote to the top rated and it has serious lag. Disappointing since our boxes are all in a cabinet and we need this technology.

easy set up via the internet and included remote worked, but the iPhone app failed to connect with the smart hub; bought on the day of release and took back to store within 1 week of multiple attempts to connect via phone; also the included remote did not have a "help" button which is always nice if something doesn't start up correctly

I had this for one week it didn't work out good for me it only work half of the things I had as far as the TV lights Google Mini it was too complicated I took it back.

I tried to use this with my Nvidia shield tv but it wouldn't connect. I tried for two days and no luck. Not sure if it's an issue with the shield or the remote.

Very difficult and complicated to install. I tried a few times using the instructions and finally gave up. Retuned did refund!

I bought this to replace an older Harmony remote. The setup was a pain, but the real kicker is I could not get it to turn off my TV. Everything else was fine. I did like having the app on my phone.

I returned this remote. It was not a user friendly remote. I returned it and went back to the Harmony Remote 650. These are much more user friendly and easy to set up.

I was not impressed with the remote and app especially on my ipad. Was expecting more for the money. Was not a big fan and returned it. Figured my comcast universal remote was just as good.

Benefits: + allows me to hide home theater receiver behind cabinet door + IR blaster works really well + simple for young and older family/visitors to use + gives kids access to TV without allowing access to its smart functions (web browser, YouTube) + quick and responsive Cons: - From the physical remote, I can't seem to mimick my smart TV's remote function. The way it's set up I long press a button that turns on my home theater, TV and cable box. Or short press just the TV and cable box. But then I'm limited to the cable box control for the remote - no TV functions such as "Smart Hub" or "Tools." Need the smart app with my phone or tablet for that. Or I could just get out the TV's remote.

I was very excited with this purchase initially. I got it home and set it up and it would not turn on my stereo. Everything I tried, it didn't work. I had to take it back.

tried many time to get it to work and it would not. I was not able to find the time to call tech support and now it is expired. going to take it back for a refund.

I liked the principle to be used by Alexa, but the setup is not friendly at all. It is easier just to use the remote to manage the TV.

Returned because they are very difficult to setup and would not work with my dish network.... defeated the purpose of an all-in-one remote.

Very hard to set up and have the base connect to the remote - I gave up after a while and went back to my old Logitech.

I couldn't ever get this to work properly with my Alexa. The app was buggy and overall- this just was not worth it.

I had to post on this remote because I am so impressed. Set up was simple, right on my iPhone. My set up is tv, receiver with surround sound, Apple TV, Blu-ray Disc, and an hdmi switcher because of limited hdmi inputs. It all worked. I am especially impressed that it correctly changes the hdmi switch. The included simple remote feels good and has all I need. I love now having one remote that with the press of one button I can switch to Apple TV, watch tv, or watch a movie. All my components are in a cabinet under the tv. I did have to move the hub around and use the included ir blaster to find the perfect location to connect to everything. But that was no big deal, and it is all working without a hitch. It's also great to not have to point the remote towards the tv. I think for the price it's by far the best remote I've owned.

Can’t be used on multiple TV’s. It’s extremely limited, and you have to place the sensor in front of the tv. Worthless

I have been eagerly awaiting the release of this remote package. The Ultimate touchscreen remote has been out for weeks, but I really was not attracted to the touchscreen (I like actual buttons on a TV remote), nor was I willing to spend the enormous price. This Simple" remote package, however, fits the bill quite nicely. Setup is not really difficult in and of itself. The greatest challenge is reading the mind of Logitech to discern the steps of the process. As others have said, this is no documentation provided. What little there is presumes the user already knows what to do. In spite of the sparse documentation (I did have to visit Logitech's website to get going), the setup is pretty simple once you get started. All setup is accomplished right within the smartphone app. Once you pair the hub to your phone over your existing wifi network the rest of the process is simply following the onscreen prompts of the smartphone app. You do need to know the brands and model numbers of your equipment for setup. I have an LG TV and Bluray player, an AppleTV, an Xbox360, and a Denon AV receiver. Logitech's database had all those devices, and everything set up well. All the activities were easy to set up. Just be sure to know which inputs/outputs are used for each activity during setup. The smartphone app performs well controlling everything. I know the intent of this package is the the phone app to be used mostly, with the "simple" remote being a backup. I, however, much prefer the use of the physical remote. It has worked flawlessly during the two weeks I have had it. The only thing missing would be backlighting for the buttons, but that is a small caveat. Overall, this is the best performing remote I have used. The price appropriate. I feel like I received great value for the amount spent.

I thought I will be able to use it on multiple devices in separate rooms the range just and just wasn't good enough
