My devices are all over the place and not necessarily compatible with most universal remotes. I even tried the Harmony 650 but it didn't work for my situation. This Smart Control, however, finally got me down from 3-4 remotes to 1. Holy cow it's awesome! The only annoying this is the set up. By the way, it's best to use the mobile app. And iPads are better than cell phones because there's more room to see all the buttons. The one thing I struggled with during set up was my Amazon Firestick. I played with it for about 3 hours until I finally gave up and called tech support. Here's the amazing thing. I got through to a human within seconds. She was extremely patient, and helped me add the Firestick device over the phone. She even stayed on the line while I tested it out. I'm probably going to buy a second unit for my other room because this is definitely a great remote. Speaking of which, the actual remote is very comfortable to hold and has a rubbery back which prevents slipping out of my hands.

I needed to replace my Harmony 900 as its LCD broke. This does everything that 900 plus provides App for smartphone. Setup was very easy. No more hassle of charging as it has a replaceable battery.

I have 2 of these and have given one as a gift. These remotes simplify your life and do almost everything you want them to. There are still a few things they can't, but compared to everything else on the market you won't find a better all in one for the price that will always add new devices.

This is a great remote. Easy setup. The remote is small and simple to use. I like the use of the smartphone to control the TV I personally own this item and this is my second purchase as a gift.

I love this thing, it just works. you don't need a computer either. You do need your phone and internet at the very least though

This is my 3rd logitech remote and maybe my favorite. If you have a tv, home stereo, home theater, receiver, game console, this is a must. Fairly easy to set up, allows you to turn on, off all your gears with one click. Also you don’t need to point it toward a certain area. Click and done. Don’t worry about pointing it to the right direction. Must have for modern living room. The only downside is: not backlight.

Works great! The included basic remote provides intuitive access to the system. The tablet controller app is wonderful! Customizable and simple to use! A natural evolution of hte Harmony products!

easy to set up. easy to use. lights up making it easy to use in dark rooms. using the phone option is awesome as i always never loose my phone. highly recommend this remote.

I have a complicated AV system. The setup was easy. Step by step. It worked perfectly the first time. No tweaking!!! I purchased two more for my home, and two after that as Christmas gifts!

I was pleasantly surprised by this purchase. I did quite a bit of research before buying, but it took a local magnolia rep to answer a few detailed questions. One great feature is that the Smart Control unit itself bounces the IR signal around in a closed cabinet, so even my Denon Surround amp, three shelves below, doesn't require a mini-blaster. 2nd, The remote blaster that comes with it can hit the TV from various angles. These were two details that aren't spelled out in literature, and i think they should be. In addition, every member of the family with an iPhone/iPad/Smart device can set up they're own favorites, and parental controls are more usable too. All in all, I'm thrilled with the purchase!

The Harmony remote is the perfect solution for multiple devices. The number keys are a bit small, but manageable.

This was so easy to setup and use. It has been suck a life saver. It is so easy that my wife can use it with ease.

The Harmon Remote is better than the issued cable provider and works well for using in a room without cable box.

Was looking for a universal remote to replace my Verizon 4 button remote which is discontinued and having trouble with. Found this on a deal of the day and after reading some reviews decided to give it a try. After downloading the app and setting up the remote it is performing just perfectly. I did however have a few issues with my Denon receiver responding but after a few tries got it right. Excellent choice for the price.

I spoke with a Best Buy installer just before purchase and he assured me that it will be the answer to all my problems because he just installed one that same day for a customer. Well I had high hopes that I would not have any issues. After I got everything set up the remote would not work my verizon DVR unless I pointed the remote directly at it. The main reason I bought this thing was to not have to get off my couch and point the remote to change channels or control the volume. Lucky for me the Harmony came with an additional sensor that I had to place directly in front of the DVR sensor, once i did that it worked like it was supposed to. It still would not work my projector even though I added it as one of the components to control. I think adding simple back lighting would make this gadget almost perfect. But to get that you have to spend double for the next level touch screen Harmony remote. I see they just dropped the price of the Touch Harmony to 199, still I would have paid another 25-50 bucks for a non touch backlit one if they offered it. Overall it still works pretty good and eliminates multiple remotes.
