Setup it was easy.It walks you through each step.It even controls my playstation 3, when set up right it makes it so easy to watch Netflix.

Not only is it easy to program this remote to operate various products , but I have yet to come to find a product it can't operate

I purchased this remote after a few months of trying to manage my electronics via each individual remote. As a rule, programming my remotes is just not something I want to do. I prefer a single 'master' remote to rule them all. Not only to simplify, but something I could keep and use despite my changing my electronics on occasion. I bought with high hopes. I mean, it even has an app! I was excited to try it out. For setup, the hardware is easy enough... you plug it in and then go online to configure things. that's where I first became frustrated. Honestly, I found the setup difficult to manage, having to register an account and then work through the various combinations of what you would want to watch. So, I managed the setup but found it to be a little complex to figure out. Not a deal breaker though. But just not totally intuitive. After the setup was completed, I enjoyed good functionality of the remote. I do like the idea of 1-button to configure all my components to watch a movie, or tv, or music. So that was a joy added to my life, no more 3 remotes to mess with to watch a movie. I just gained a 300% productivity increase right there! Extra time to add extra butter to my popcorn! But the unit has some issues. And I no longer use this remote as a result of them. It's an expensive paperweight. The issues: - Loses connectivity with my wifi. It does this quite often. I don't know why. But when it does, nothing happens. I have to log in and re-connect it. or pick up my other remotes and let them carry the load. So, hmmm, bummer. The remote gets tired I guess. - If I switch from listening to music to watching a movie, it sends a power signal to everything that is needed to watch movie, but that means the things that were already on, now turn off. So my components are not powered on. TV is powered off. It's all backwards and I get to do the manual one-by-one remote thing. Makes me sad. - There is a delay from when you press to when stuff happens. Not a "big deal" but there is one. Changing channels on the tv takes longer as a result. no casual flipping. Too annoying. I'm an American and expect immediate gratification! - The base unit has to be out in front of your components to guarantee effectiveness. That means tv's too. My situation has a mantle between my tv's and the base unit. To use this consistently with the tv, I have to place the base unit in the middle of the room or out in the open somewhere. Now I like a sexy space-pod looking thing as much as the next geek, but it doesn't mean I want that on my coffee table. Maybe it isn't an issue for you, I just don't like it. - The app is more work than it is worth to unlock your device, start the app, push the button, etc... although I liked the app, and after my remote would stop connecting to the wifi i would have to use it, so I guess it is a good back up. And also, I don't think it supports windows phones. Maybe it does now. maybe I should erase that, nope, it is etched in internet. Forever emblazened (sp?). All in all, not a fan. I know some people are enamored by it. And I bought on the promise of a simplified life. It has provided me with some amusement and assistance, but only on it's terms. No thanks. I don't work that way.

The works well and has a cell app that can be used. took a bit to learn new controls , the harmony site brought over all my custom settings. Would give a 5 but had received a $100 rebate that best buy said didn't apply to my model, even though it was the harmony listed. Had a led that was cracked and was told use trade in had to be in good working order. ??

This remote solved the confusion of remotes on my coffee table. I can now control my AV system with one remote and with my Amazon Echo. I have a rather elaborate multimedia system consisting of an Pioneer AV receiver, A Tivo box, a Roku Stick, Chromecast, and an LG smart TV.. Logitek Harmony controls it all.

You may need some time to set up everything. But once it's done, you can easily control your devices just using the app. If you have amazon echo, you should buy the harmony remote with the HUB. They work well together.

Liked the App and Remote and its ease of use. Programming the remote needs computer, but it is simple to program.

I purchased this for use with my Amazon Echo and was not disappointed. It was an easy set up and now I have voice control of my tv, Xbox, and Blu-ray player. I definitely recommend and it was a steal at the price!

My father in law showed me this remote and I had to have one! We have had no problems, it was very easy to set up and easy to use.

Needed a universal mouse and this did the trick. Very tempting for dogs and kids to take but with its low profile it can be easily hidden away.

Works incredible! Had an old universal remote and would have to use all the manufacturer codes to get each device to work if you were lucky. This works automatically when you input the model number and has every function of each device without having to program it. Also works great with Alexa and smart things!!

I have several devices and therefor needed several remotes just to watch TV, adjust the sound and change the occasional TV input source. That gets old really fast, so I researched universal remotes for weeks and no matter where I looked or who I spoke to, everyone suggested a Harmony remote. The cost originally delayed my purchase, but when I found a big sale on this particular remote, I bought it. Well, I am now a believer and would suggest this to pretty much anyone. I use a Fire TV for all television needs which includes Playstation Vue, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube, etc. and it controls everything flawlessly. I have a Samsung smart TV and a Sony sondbar (HTCT-790) and it controls it all in perferct "harmony". I really like the fact that I can set it up to turn every device on and set them each to the proper source with the press of 1 button. You can program 3 separate buttons to perform a specific set of actions for all of your devices. I still randomly have to grab one of the other remotes if I want to change the bass settings on the sub, but that is extremely rare.

If you find the controller on sale, get it. It works perfectly with Alexa and is fun to use. Highly recommend.

This device makes all your audio/video devices controlled from one remote. Very convenient, price was right.

I love controlling my TVs from my phone. I got 2 of them and its nice to turn them on and off and feel like I'm not tied down

This remote replaced an older Logitech. Setup was easy. The remote is functional but doesn't offer many bells and whistles. The hub is great. Works with every device in the house including the Amazon Fire TV.

I've been a harmony remote user for a long time, but I've been wanting an RF solution (rather than IR). The harmony hub as not disappointed. On my previous harmony remotes, the touchscreen became a liability (didn't mesh well with kids), but this new remote is very simple, no bells and whistles, but incredibly reliable. The RF solution is just as seamless as I could've hoped. I use both the included remote and the phone app seamlessly. I'm a big fan.

Piece went together well. There was one spot where you needed three hands to get the job done, but all in all it was pretty easy. Once assembled, we found it fit the spot we had in mind quite well. Pleased with the look of the room.
