I have very quickly consolidated 8 remotes into this one Harmony system. It works great and the setup was very easy

Perfect from set up to use. Enough activities for everyday use with extras for connected home use.

Wanted to get a universal remote that could simplify my setup while also being able to manipulate Alexa to turn on my smart tv. This does the trick. It is not the "easiest" set up and at times was a little tricky with the app/computer program. However, once you get the hang of it the process isn't too bad. Set up for the actual Hub was a breeze. It can connect virtually any device you will have. The Remote itself isn't fancy but I didn't need a remote with a touchscreen. I do however, wish the number buttons on the remote were a little bigger. If you are looking for a budget friendlier Harmony Hub/Universal Remote this will work well.

After purchasing this, was able to put my other remotes in the drawer. Easy setup. Able to pick it up on sale.

I owned this remote from last 3 years. And I upgraded to Elite. So, my dad took this from me. He is really liking it, my mom is extremely comfortable using it, as she dont need to use multiple remotes anymore. Also, my mom-dad can control the devices (activity) by giving a command to Alexa and google. So, I purchased couple more for both of my sisters, this Christmas. But BestBuy ruined it. Was selling this remote as brand new and sent me open box. Also, all the customer service folks on phone or in store are behaving like they dont care. Told indirectly, if you want this, keep it or just return it. No compensation, no apology, no guilty, nothing. This is my last purchase with best buy now. One unhappy customer (I believe, they wont be bother with it). But as I praise other retailers, I wont be saying nothing good about BestBuy anymore.

This is my second Logitech Harmony Remote. This generation much easier to setup with iPhone (about 20 minutes) compared to first generation that required a PC hookup. Configuration tool had my legacy Yamaha receiver, 6 year old Samsung TV, and Blu-ray player in the device library. The setup screen even lets you customize delays between signals. I prefer the dedicated remote to the iPhone interface, though I have used the iPhone to find more obscure functions when I needed them. Really recommend this to anyone with a receiver and want to get down to one remote for their system or anyone that wants to hide their devices (system works on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth)

I have always loved Logitech remotes and this one is great if you get it at the right price. It controls everything with one remote or from your phone. Also, the hub works with Amazon's Alexa extremely well. Get this product if you are looking to make your home a little more "smart".

This is perfect to pair with Amazon Echo, and have Alexa change your television channels for you

This is my second smart control and I love it ... come on is logitech, and for U$100.00 why not , but now the app for this product is still in progress.. It makes you life simple and easy to set up; less cluster in your living room, plus it give you the benefit to add an extra remote control ...... Just love it:-)

I bought this remote because I was tired of having to point my old remote at the TV just right and then sometimes it wouldn't turn something on or off correctly. If I wasn't there to fix the problem then my wife or babysitter would have no idea what to do and it would cause a crisis. I bought this remote with that fix in mind. Now that I have it all set up and working, it is great, but it took a LOT to get it to that point. I am fairly technically savvy and it pushed me to my limits to get it all figured out. I had to order an extra IR blaster because the hub and IR blaster that come in the box didn't seem to always be reaching my TV. I also had to change the order of which things turned off in the settings in the app. The TV would not turn off consistently and it was driving me crazy. I changed it so that the TV was the last thing that would turn off and that seemed to have fixed that issue... that and buying the extra IR blaster. You can't find the IR blasters in stores anywhere... I had to buy it on eBay for $10. I like the remote. It isn't anything fancy or glamorous, but it is thin and compact and fast! You hit the buttons and it starts working right away. I can turn up and down the volume much faster into the powering on process than I could with my old outdated Logitech remote. The remote feels good in your hands too. I didn't need a fancy colored display remote just to turn on my TV and change some channels and watch stuff on the DVR. This remote works great with all my devices, Apple TV, Blue Ray, Cable box/DVR, and Receiver. I would give it 5 stars except for the headache it caused to get everything set up and working how I liked it. My neighbor has the same thing and did not have to go through all that and his works fine, so you might be lucky like he was. I rarely use the iPhone or iPad app for just watching TV, but it is nice to be able to type on my Apple TV to search for things, etc. The remote works great though and you can program any button to do anything you want. There were two extra buttons at the bottom that were not assigned to do anything so I found a function for those. You can program up to 6 actions that you want the remote to turn on or off. Oh, and the fact that the remote is bluetooth and you don't have to point it at the TV is the big selling point. You can have your stuff behind a closed cabinet door and it will turn it all on. Overall a great device, just be patient setting it up and take the time to go through the settings and make it just right... it will be worth it in the end.

This is by far the easiest universal remote we have had - it is our all in one for TV, Apple TV, DVD etc...

Easy to set up. My wife only has one button to press for any function. That means "harmony".

This is the second Harmony I have had and it is so much easier to set up and use. I have to have rf or wireless connections because of the location of my equipment, so this is ideal. I rarely have to use any of the individual remotes. The IR blaster is much better than the individual blasters on the prior system.

Really easy setup, using it in conjunction with an Echo with no issues. Only real complaint is the lack of backlight on the remote. Miss that feature from my previous Harmony remotes.

Replaced older Logitech remote with this...don't need a line of sight and feel in the hand is great...also works great with Alexa being able to turn on and off activities...highly recommended....only thing missing is backlight and "help" that was found on older remote

I love this product so much, I barely even touch my remote control to be honest with you. I use Alexa for everything. I do use the remote control from time to time, however I love how simple it is to use this. I also love how it integrates with Amazon Alexa. Great job Logitech

It controls everything! Great to be able to go from three remotes and two video game controllers to just this remote. Only thing I've found that it can't do is turn on the PS4 which they were sure to tell you is a Sony decision. The hub is only seemingly needed for PS3 and PS4 control, so you may not need this particular remote set and hub requires a consistent wifi home network. It was extremely easy to set up and done on my smartphone.
