Besides categorizing multiple iot items into groups and the IR Blaster and sensor it does not do anything that Alexa can't do. Returned it will eventually get something that supports zigbee without additional Hardware

Set up was easy and replaces multiple remotes and able to operate when hidden. Perfect for my needs.

I'm like everyone else, a remote for every device. Bought a fake book box thing to store them inside and it looked tidy enough sitting on the coffee table. The grief comes when I have to take out each control, point, click, and hold until I'm certain the device is on, return the control back into the box, and then onto the next remote. With this Logitech Smart control, I just press one button and it all comes on. No more aiming for starters. Occasionally, I'll encounter something wonky like a device won't power up and I'll have to reach for the box of remotes again, but more often than not, it works fine and I can go about happily binging on TV

Works perfectly with Amazon Alexa echo dot. Turns on & off tv, tunes to specific channel, volume control, etc. Was easy to set up with app. Bought this during a flash sale. Was a really great deal! The buy online/pick up in store from Best Buy was smooth process.

I just cannot say enough good things about this remote. Having used a Harmony One previously, this is a VAST improvement. I placed the hub in the back of my TV room (on the kitchen countertop actually) and its commands easily get to the TV and the entire AV cabinet. Does everything I need it to do.

I wanted to get rid of all of my remotes and this seemed like a good option and it worked with Smartthings which is a big plus for me. I was able to get all my devices setup in the app with no issue and use my phone but i couldnt figure out how to use the remote to control the individual devices. The instructions were not very clear on this. I finally figured out that the remote only works with Activities not Devices. For me to control my TV I have to create an Activity that has my TV as the default controlled device at the end of the Activity. If this Activity uses anything else, it has to power that device on with the Activity, if it doesnt then it will power that device off. Switching Activities is very hard to get right. At first I had turn everything off and then start a new Activity, then customer service helped me figure out how to setup switching them without doing that. I have to have several delays and button presses to get the Activity to work when both switching and starting it so I didnt waste another of the only 3 buttons available. So, everything revolves around Activities and this remote only has 3 Activity buttons, long and short presses, which really isnt an option. If I was single using my phone would be fine because it can control devices and as many Activities as you want, but 5 of us in the house and guest stopping by, the remote needs to be useful. After days of setting it up I finally got it to where it works most of the time, mostly thanks to customer service, and I am able to use my Activities with Alexa and Smartthings. I took off the 2 stars because the instructions weren't clear, the overall limitations of devices vs activities, and the remote is not setup to be a basic universal remote. If you have a basic entertainment center then it can work. If you need more than 3 activities then you have to use your phone, tablet or Alexa. I got Alexa just so my family and I would have more control than the remote offers. It was either that or a cheap tablet that stayed in the living room.

This system is awesome. Easy set-up from your phone with the free app, or from your computer (I use the app). You get good functionality with the built-in controls, yet have the ability to get down and dirty and customize buttons, activities (macros), timing, etc and use either the included remote or your phone to control all your equipment. I love this thing!! I docked a star because on some devices, the button layout on the phone app is nonsense (and can't be changed), and it does not allow landscape orientation in the app (which is stopping me from setting up a tablet as a dedicated remote).

Was having trouble getting CEC over HDMI to work by itself between my Yamaha receiver, Apple TV, Samsung smart tv, and PlayStation 4. This remote + repeater station is able to talk to them all and works, but some button assignments are not great. It works good enough.

Great remote. Easy to set up and use. Purchased for my wife's craft room and has worked great.

It took some time to set this up for me, but I bet any teen or anybody under 40 could do it faster and easier. My set of older eyes would like bigger buttons, otherwise this this is terrific in these days where one needs to turn on at least 3 devices just to watch TV.

I've had this remote for a year now and at this point I can't imagine giving it up. I have my TV, DirecTV receiver, AppleTV, Chromecast, and PS4 controller by this remote. Using the app for setup is pretty easy and straight forward. Updating after the initial setup can be a little tricky. My wife "loses" the remote all the time, so being able to grab my phone and use it to change the channel to the game is invaluable. It can be a bit clunky at times, but I feel like it's gotten better with updates over the last year. Overall, a very good remote and actually worth the money. Thinking of buying a second for my bedroom.

Very easy to setup. Works great and is pretty cool when paired with Google Home.

Pros: pricing, easy setup (especially if coming from an existing harmony remote), responsive, eliminates the lost remote, small. Cons: network knowledge needed may be slightly above average

Before I bought the harmony hub and remote I had a separate remote for my T.V., Fire TV, Kodi box, cable box and my Bose system. Now I have one remote to rule them all and I am very pleased with it. The only issue I have is more with my Bose system than the harmony. My Bose turns off after 30 minutes of silence and then I am in a horrible loop of tv on Bose off...or bose on TV off...uggg. I wish there was a stand alone button for each device so I could turn just one of the components on or off...

I don't normally say how perfect something works, but this device did EXACTLY what I wanted. Let me start by saying that you have to understand what it is your getting. You get a remote, hub and IR blaster. The hub is also an IR blaster. The remote works with the hub via RF. The beauty of RF is that you don't have to point the remote at the hub. My setup included controlling a Xfinity set-top box, Energy Sound Bar, Panasonic TV and a Roku Ultra. Once you understand the programming, everything works perfectly. One trick is to set the roku , xfinity box and soundbar to never power off which is done independently of the programming and I accidentally discovered while using the phone app troubleshooting process. If you don't have a little bit of previous experience with understanding the logic of how devices work, it may prove a bit frustrating.

I have a harmony touch that was sometimes frustrating because devices would not register being turned on because you had to keep making sure the remote was pointed exactly at that device when powering on. I bought this Hub and paired it with my Harmony touch and it works amazing. Now I don't even have to point the remote at the TV since all of the IR is handled by the Hub which sits in the entertainment center.

Once setup, it's very easy to control your home theater. I like the fact that I can control from my phone. Easy to turn the volume down when the family is watching movies while I'm trying to sleep :)

This product is amazing. It can control multiple home devices such as receivers, tvs, Xbox, blu players, etc. The greatest benefit is that you can use Alexa to control your devices using voice commands. It's great for when you can't find the controller.
