I bought this to control my TV, Home theater system, Cable system. My initial intention was to use google assistant to stop / start the systems together, but I found the remote control to be useful as well. One button to stop or start my TV, Home theater and Cable system in the right order. Very happy with the system. Sometimes, programming to get the sequence correctly takes a bit of time and repetition and that is why I gave a 4 or else I would have given it a 5 star rating. I have been using the system for more than a month now and works great

I have had many harmony remotes, this one works great! Love the bridge and the ir blasters. Plus it works with my fire TV. Just wish the remote was backlit

Easy to connect to iPhone. Easy to use. Can control everything from my iphone. Love it!

Great product. Need to be able to adjust other functions through the phone.

The product does everything it states, it controls pretty much any product and is easy to setup

As a replacement for my old Harmony stand alone universal remote, this is quite the upgrade. I was able to get it working fairly quickly, but the fine details of changing delays, integrating it with SmartThings and with Amazon Alexa took a bit longer. Don't buy if you are not ready to put in some time to tune it exactly for your needs, but if you do, it is well worth it. Menu systems are still a bit obtuse (goes with prior Harmony products), but it is getting a bit easier to navigate and guess where things should be (yes, there is a bit of that). Overall a nice product.

These remotes are great since I can use it via my cell phone by downloading the Harmony App.

This remote can literally replace every remote in my home. Their remote database is huge and being able to control everything within an app from my phone is very convenient. However, the app doesn't really have the best UX, and its design looks quite dated.

I have used several Harmony Remotes over the years ... This is the best yet. With the base unit you don't need to keep the remote pointing at the device until commands are done ... BIG BOOST in WAF :-) Plus supports my Fire TV1 via the Bluetooth. Excellent response time to key press. Definitely a 5 star for my need.

I usually use the small remote for most cases. I only resort to the iPhone app if there is some function I need that isn't on the small remote. It seems to work better than my older Logitech remote which sometimes didn't turn my cable box off with the rest of the equipment.

I Bought thiswhen I purchased an amazon Echo. It works as advertised and is an excellent addition to a smart home setup. We have multiple commands for the tv and our accessories. We've also consolidated all of our remotes into this one. Highly recommend

It took me a while to get this to work. It was a bit frustrating after a while I needed a wusa. After the much needed wusa it was back to business n I finally figured it out. I was having problems connecting it to my nvidia shield remote. For some reason it wasn’t popping up on the Bluetooth until I readjusted the ir plug. Then BOOM after about 2 hrs of frustration my brain kicked in. Even got my firestick hooked up to it. Made special buttons it’s really cool once u learn it’s features. I got this on an incredible deal for $53 total n let me tell you it’s the best deal I think I ever got lol I’m super satisfied. Got it connected to my Alexa as well. I can turn my tv on and off with my voice. It’s great technology. I bought this mainly to clear up some space for all my remotes and it served it’s purpose times 10

This unit controls everything that I have (old and new) and it even dims my lights.. Every setup problem had a solution. Using the iPhone is fun but I use the remote that came with it most of the time. I wouldn't mind having a back lit one but don't want to spend the extra bucks.

Love this thing you can put it anywhere and it will work with any TV or other devices that requires a remote in the room even works with Alexa so just turn on the TV by asking Alexa is awesome! Thinking of buying another one for the bed room.

Replaced the original Logitech remote. Works great and less expensive than the other models

Overall we are extremely satisfied with this device. It has minimized the clutter of having 4 remotes to our entertainment system and it is easy to use. The controls are intuitive and we don't find ourselves accidentally using the wrong buttons. The only drawbacks are these: the device sometimes (but not always) loses connection with the TV, so when we turn the system on or off the other connected devices will respond but the TV won't and we have to push the power button on the TV to re-sync it, the other is that we have grown fond of the remote that is included (rather than using a tablet) and at night the buttons are impossible to see in the dark.

Perfect item. Easy to setup and very effective. I end up buying 3 more for Xmas gifts
