Works well and accessories are small and inconspicious.

Bought this for my daughter to control a simple 2.1 system . She likes the integration with Alexa, and keeping electronics inside of a cabinet to reduce clutter. Nice price from Best Buy.

If it weren't for the smart phone app having more features I might have considered returning it. In order to access my TV smart features I have to use the phone app, there isn't any provision in the remote to do it.

I love the Harmony remotes. I got this mainly for the IR blaster so I could conceal the Directv box in a cabinet. The remote went on sale a few days later and Best Buy price matched it so it was even a better deal at $99.

I wanted a way to easily get rid of several other remotes, and to reduce clutter. This is a great solution. The main unit can sit hidden, along with many of the secondary boxes being controlled. Then a smaller unit can be almost invisible in front of the TV and soundbar to control those two items. One drawback is that some of the built-in delays can be fairly large (which is necessary for slower items). It also does not control the PS4 very well -- it works OK for DVDs and Blu-Rays, but functions poorly for other apps like PS Vue.

I bought the remote at a local Best Buy. I had it working with my TV 10 minutes after getting it home. Over the next few days I added four more operations to the remote. None of them took very long. Now it is operating extremely well on all five. Occasionally something goes awry. I don't know why. However, recovery is so easy using HELP that I really do not get upset. I also like having the provided remote, so I can use my iPhone for other things while watching TV or listening to music. I like being able to use my iPhone. When I am downstairs, about to go to my TV room upstairs I can start every up and have them running by the time I get there. And then there is the price! I was prepared to pay a lot more, so I ma very pleassed with the low price.

I have two of these and have setup numerous ones for friends and family. They are great remotes and the hub is awesome as it also works through Google Home products. The app has a slight learning curve but is logical enough. My only complaint is that you really need to think through where you are going to place the hub as it is what sends out the IR signals to you devices. it cannot be blocked by anything unless you are also using the IR extender that is included with the kit. Don't be afraid of the complexity as once the initial setup is done and you are rid of the three or four remotes it is great to just have one simple remote for everything.

We got this remote to replace our Harmony 650 because the buttons were getting too sensitive and started responding without us pressing anything even, and it's been a great replacement! I love being able to control everything from my iPhone, as well.

This is a great little remote and makes using the TV much easier than before. I've owned many harmony remotes, my only issue with this one is how it doesn't have a help button like every other harmony remote. You can still use that function, but it's located on the harmony app for your smartphone or tablet. Other than that, its a perfect and much cheaper solution to one of the more expensive RF remotes.

Purchased this unit to replace a failing (old) Logitech Harmony Smart Hub. The unit was on sale, so, it cost less to buy the bundle (so, I now have an extra remote). I've had several colleagues transition from Harmony hubs to the new Fire Cube devices. For my installation, the ability to control the hub over RF is key since my home theater rack is in a closet, while my projector is in the media room. I also like the ease of customizing the start and stop routines I have setup to control lighting as well as starting all the AV equipment, changing the inputs, etc.

After reading reviews decided to get this over the "home hub" they essentially are the same thing, other than software and a button for lights on your remote. To fix the software differences simply update the hub via a computer. Then the only difference is a physical button for the lights :)

I really like this product. It has really expanded the capabilities of my google Home. Only complaint it the user interface in the app is not that great and a bit hard to setup and make changes.
