Easy to set up. Once set up works great. Small and compact? Fits perfect in hand, has a nice feel

That sort of tells it all. We have two already, controlling two different TVs. This one is for another TV in another house. We have gone through several more expensive, and fancier, remote units. My wife struggled with each one, and we were constantly having to replace batteries. The battery in our first of these lasted a year. But that's the least of it. This is very intuitive, full featured, and easy to use. On a mobile device [Android, iPhone, or iPad] is where you set up everything, including one button clicks to turn on a variety of devices . . . and even, if you want, select your favorite channel to which it will go automatically. Great unit!!!

This is our second Harmony remote. It is so much more intuitive to use! Paired with a smart tv it make navigating the viewing options a very simple process.

Was researching this remote for helping the "electronically challenged" in our home- I was always getting questions and calls about which components needed to be turned on and which remotes controlled the functions. I hooked this up, downloaded the app to my iPad, entered all my components, and it's worked flawlessly since! Everyone at home now has the app on their iPhone or iPad and theirs syncs right up to the settings I programmed- one button to watch TV, DVD's, music, etc., it turns on every component needed- and let's say you wish to go from watching TV to watching Netflix, it will shut off what's not needed and switch on the component you need. A little pricey, but definitely worth it!

I've had this remote for over a year. My family and I love it. We use it every day and it's simple, light and easy to hold. I've only had to replace the battery once so far. You don't have to charge it or sync it. The changes happen to the hub and from your phone. The software set up is really simple and easy. I even have multiple hubs in my house and some with another account at work. It super easy to swap hubs and control the devices. I've had several harmony remotes and this is the best. The best thing is that it just works! If you need to change in depth settings go to the phone but for day to day tv and use....the simple remote is great.

Fantastic remote, easy to set up! We went from 5 remotes to this one and was super easy to program. The IR blaster was a great addition for my Sony TV.

This system has a lot of capabilities and integrates with a lot of other services, plus you can control it with the app or pair it with a smart home controller. The one drawback is the limitation on devices. Because I have a larger AV system, I could not incorporate any lighting controls. I also paired it with my Harmony One remote, and keep the companion remote that came with this in a different room. BUT, for the money, its definitely worth adding to your system for ease of use and smart home integration of your TV and AV equipment.

Impressed with this device’s ability to control tv, sound system, and PlayStation. Integrates well with Google Home via IFTTT. Kids can utilize voice commands to turn the whole system on and off. Would like to be able to add delays in shutdown sequence, but the app won’t allow it. Sometimes the tv turns back on when other equipment shuts down. All in all we are very pleased with how this has added to our home automation.

The remote was easy to program, it found all of my devices by model and serial number and when I tried to add a custom step for my TV Vizio Apps, I called and the Harmony support logged in to my account and did it for me! Having it on my iphone is also a nice addition in case the remote is missing!

I have a lot of tech in my home and several Logitech remotes already but this one does not work well for me. It continuously needs to be reconnected. I cannot just pick it up and expect it to work. I am sure it has something to do with location but I have worked on it and changed things and still do not have easy use. When it connects and work I love it.

Pretty dope. Setup with my Amazon Echo and I can easily tell Alexa to turn the tv on when I'm stuck washing dishes and my hands are all wet. Remote is pretty slick too.

I bought this hub because I wanted a universal controller, but mainly to use it with my Google Home. Once the hub is setup through the Harmony app, it works flawlessly. It takes a bit to setup if you have a bunch of devices, but it's worth it! I can talk to my Google Home and have it control the hub to turn on/off my devices and do other things. Of course you can use the hubs included controller as well. I would recommended this item.

My husband and I love logitech all in one remotes, for the most part. We got this one because of the covenience of being able to use your phone. It really is fantastic - my only complaint is that once in a while (rarely) neither the remote nor the phone app works at all. If we wait a little while it all of a sudden starts working again. This happens to me about once a week or so and it is frustrating, but it always starts working again. Just a weird glitch...I guess.

I had a harmony remote that finally died. I bought this as a replacement and I am glad I did. Set-up: The set-up was very easy and didn't require the use of a computer like my older Harmony remote. The only issue I had was setting up a second zone. I "googled" it and got the answer. Use: The iPhone app is great. Everyone in my family has uses the app and they can be used at the same time. Also, the remote that comes with the unit is very nice. It fits in my hand well and the buttons are easy to use. I would recommend this remote to anyone.

I wanted to love this, but it just didn't pan out like i'd hoped and I ended up returning it. Now I'll start by saying, I was only going from two remotes to 1 and I have no smart home stuff (yet). but that said, every time i hit watch tv, only the cable box turned on and not the tv. I'd tried to re-test the action button, reset and re-apply, etc. etc. It was just finicky. I'm sure for some it might work nicely, and if I had 6 remotes to consolidate, the value might outweigh the hiccups (which is my rationale for saying yes to 'recommend for a friend'. the other complaint I have is with the app - the box makes it look nice and modern and sexy, the actual app is quite ugly and not user-friendly, I'm reasonable tech savvy but maybe i missed something (seemed like the "old version" of the app looked better). I think this has the foundation to be awesome but still has a little ways to go for nice clean seamless operation. I got it on sale and had a hard time with whether to return or not. at a 50-100 price point it's probably worth a try but I just can't give it a raving review. I'll likely try again in a year when a newer version comes out, for now apple tv remote and cable box/universal work for me and I can spend the ~70 bucks elsewhere.

I purchased this remote to replace my original Harmony Remote (my dog literally ate it). The remote works great. It's nice to be able to set the system up on either a PC, Smartphone or iPad. I love the fact that I can customize every button on the remote per activity. We also got this so that in the event we lose the remote that comes with the hub (or our dog eats it) we can always use our phones and iPads as a remote. we are very happy with the Harmony Hub.

I have a Roku Streaming Stick+ (point-anywhere), XBOX (infrared), LG TV (infrared), and a Nakamichi Shockwafe Pro 7.1 Soundbar (infrared). I have an XBOX button and a ROKU activity setup to turn all the devices on with input/outputs set up to start watching video right away. The interface with Alexa is great! Simply say "Alexa, Turn on the TV" and my TV, Soundbar, and Roku come up automatically on Youtube TV. And just as easy to turn off as well. The same with the remote. I have the activities mapped to a single button on the remote.

We purchased an earlier version of this remote control, previously gave another one as a gift and decided that this would make a another great Christmas gift. Having the ability to operate through the smartphone was the perfect touch for the electronics enthusiast who received it! Having another remote (to use instead of the smartphone) makes it easy to use even if the phone is charging. Although set-up requires a bit of work, once it is finished - use is easy. Stepping through the different option takes all the work out of watching television or listening to music. Very appreciated gift. We have been pleased with the durability of our remote - using it constantly for 5 years.

Works really well to control TV, Receiever, consoles and even our Air Conditioner. Dont need line of site in our case as the IR bounces off walls and works super well. Would def recommend this. Able to turn on the AC before i get home for a nice cool living room.

I've never purchased a universal remote like this before. My cable TV provider gave me a remote that would turn on multiple devices with a push of a button, but I still struggled to reach the receiver in my normal, lounging, fetal position when I watch television. And then this thing went on sale and I finally pulled the trigger. I had a media remote for my TV, cable box, sound bar, XBOX One, and PS4. With this remote, those things just collect dust. Only one remote for all those devices sits on my coffee table. I just programmed the settings on the Harmony app and I was up and running. Excellent product.
