This item works most of the time but there can be a slight delay at times for receiving the signal when first operating the device after that it works awesome

I didn’t know this device existed until doing some research on how to turn on my Xbox remotely. Now that it’s integrated with Amazon Alexa, I can voice command all of my entertainment devices. Life just got that much simpler!

Set-up is easy with the app. I have some very odd equipment and set-up and they were all available and functional. I liked it so much that I bought the smart home for the living room. Guys, even my non tech savvy wife can work it and thinks it is cool.

First the iPhone app works fine and you can get to an interface that looks just like the physical remote for each component, however, most times I just use the simple universal remote that comes with this set up. My only complaint is I wish that you could make changes to the remote programming from the iPhone app instead of the PC since I often don't remember I want to make a change until I am watching TV.

TV is over the firlace and BluRay player in the cabinets. Was able to get all devices going including a DirecTV Genie. Took a bit of trial and error to get the device menus interpreted but now everything works from both my iPad and the Harmony remote.

I purchased the Harmony Touch Remote but was unhappy because the remote had to pointed directly at the devices that were being turned on or changed. Once I purchased the Harmony Smart Control and paired it with the Touch it made the remote 100% better. The hub included with the Smart Control allows you to control devices even from behind cabinet doors and they can be controlled without pointing the remote directly at them. If you have a Harmony Touch or want to control devices and still place them anywhere in your entertainment setup, the Smart Control is a must have.

Purchased this item to connect my television to a hub with Alexa. Worked the way it should. Just follow the prompt. I am new to this wifi connectivity and was able to get through it without any issues. The remote is pretty basic but it gets the job done. I was able to connect most of my other remote to this, but I think its user error that is preventing me from connecting all. Overall, I think it was a good deal and nice product. I would definitely recommend if you are considering connecting your digital devices wifi.

This product is super easy to set up. It works great in any cabinet with solid wood doors or glass doors. Definitely worth the money!

Remote is good. Like the feature that you can use your cell phone as the remote. It is tricky to program the buttons on the remote to do the functions you want.

Positives: *Integrates with Google Home device pretty well (using IFTTT). *Doesn't require line-of-sight with the devices for the remote to work. *Customizable to replicate functionality of original remotes Cons: *Remote alone has a hard time fixing the system if something did not turn on correctly - previous remotes had a "help" button that did this well.

it does the job but i wish it had more options. Like you can't control one component unless you use the iphone app. The remote is perfect for activities only.

Love it. The software GUI could be better especially when creating and editing activities - I find it a little clunky but not a huge deal. All my devices works I have an old Sony receiver STR-DB930, xfinity STB, Amazon Fire TV all work fine. It even works with Amazon Echo nice bonus.

Good remote to get rid of the clutter..setup is a bit challenging so if you have a large setup may want to pay Geek Squad to set it up;)

I purchased this to replace an existing Logitech remote so setup was transferred to this remote. I tweaked my settings a bit for customization and that was very easy. Love this remote (very basic on its own) and like the app on my ipad and iphone.

I purchased this remote after getting an Amazon Echo Dot and wanted to be able to control my entertainment system with it. The remote, hub, and software were easy to setup and integrate with Alexa and worked great on all of my devices. Only drawback is the number buttons on the remote: they are a bit small and are lacking the corresponding letters to go with them.

What can I say. It works as expected to control my setup. I have a Samsung TV, Roku Ultimate, and a Yamaha HT receiver. I never need the other remotes. If you use the phone app it is more powerful but for most things the remote works. There really is no competition to Harmony so I feel it’s overpriced but not many options to choose from.

The remote is very easy to program. The remote itself is a bit cumbersome to use. The app is great.
