Solid device and even better on sale
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked this up when it was 40% off and a great value. While the remote that is included with the base station is a little limited, the biggest benefit is the Alexa integration with Amazon Echo devices. We are able to set it up as one of our smart home devices and tell Alexa to turn the TV on/off or switch to a predefined channel.

so far so good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not to difficult to program. Only need to operate the basics (TV, sound bar, cable box, dvd player). Cable box is the only item behind a cabinet door. Came with one blaster. After a week, no problems with having to resync like some of the reviews said. Number buttons are small but will probably get used to over time. Less cumbersome to hold than the Universal Remote.

Worse customer service ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After one year of use the back of the remote start to get sticky i never use any product to clean the remote was just wipe with some fabric. I call the customer service and they told me to take the rubber part out! A remote control that cost more than $500 with out parts for service?! Seriouslly?!?! I don't not recommend any remote control from Logitech. This will be useless in one year or you buy a extend warranty form best buy. That i extreme recommend !!!!!!

Not very intuitive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was sort of talked into this remote. I'm not happy with it at all. I'm thinking of bringing it back and simply getting the harmony. It's wifi only, so no ethernet connection. Seems to only work on my 2.4 SSID. I was happy with my harmony 650 on another system. I think I will just revert back to one of those. You would think it would be very intuitive with the Iphone, but it's very confusing, especially when something doesn't power up correctly. I'm bringing it back.

Interesting product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this instead of the new model because the new one is much more expensive with the only added feature of buttons for home automation. Compared to other Wi-Fi enabled remote extenders, this one also has a regular remote, which should be more user-friendly for guests, etc. or when your mobile device is not close by. Should get five stars once I start using it.

Worth it if you buy on sale
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price I paid, this remote was worth buying and serves my needs. It doesn't have enough hardware keys for all my devices, but that's why you can short and long press buttons to make things work. I have no interest in using the app, so I would prefer more dedicated hard buttons. Also wouldn't connect via bluetooth to my PS3.

Another Great Harmony Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While it's a slight departure from the traditional Harmony remotes, it does everything you'd expect from a Harmony remote with the added benefit of mobile device connectivity and the ability to add additional physical remotes at a low cost.

Works Well with Alexa
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The hub works well with Alexa and was relatively easy to setup. Really enjoy asking alexa to turn all the devices on instead of needing 4 remotes to play my xbox on my projector. Only thing I wish is that the included remote had back-lighting. Guess I just have not memorized the layout yet but it would have been a nice feature to have.

Great Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always loved harmony remotes but this one is far and away the best. It was super easy to setup and it is nice to have the option of using the app as well as the remote. ALSO THIS REMOTE WILL ALSO WORK WITH THE HUB EVEN IF THE DEVICES ARE HIDDEN. IT DOES NOT COMMUNICATE IR TO DEVICES.

Better than the Harmony 900 for less money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this to replace my old Harmony 900. I love it. It is easier to use, more reliable, good looking, not as complicated to set up, and works perfectly so far. Couldn't be happier.

Easy to Use & Works Great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to use and easy to convert setup from another Harmony remote. I like the fact that I don't have to depend on holding the remote in line-of-sight to the units I'm trying to control, it even works from another room. I don't like the fact that the controls on the remote are dual-function--press once for primary function and double-press for the alternate. It's difficult to remember which button does what, and the icons on the buttons are not really intuitive. Of course, you can simply user an iPhone rather than the supplied remote. Overall, I like this device.

Completes Alexa
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This device has completed my Amazon Echo functionality - I can now have Alexa turn on the tv, change channels or volume, turn on DVD or video game instead, and turn everything off! It was very easy to set up once I got the hang of the Harmony app (you have to go through ALL of the screens to link the Echo). Best purchase of Christmas 2016 :)

Excellent universal remote package
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this remote mainly because the Logitech Home device came bundled with it and this was cheaper vs. buying a separate Logitech Home device. The remote itself is very basic but I think it can control up to 8 devices. The buttons on it are pretty small but it fits my wife's hand very well and she likes it. The biggest reason we wanted the Logitech Home unit was to control our Roku 4 which has a remote that can use either IP or Bluetooth but does not use IR. The Logitech Home unit is basically just a huge IR transmitter that pumps out IR signals in a lot of different directions. We have it sitting just under our TV and it controls that just fine. It also has the ability to attach two wired IR extenders which allow you to carry the IR signals to devices that may be inside a cabinet. But the real cool thing is that the Logitech Home also connects to a WiFi network and once you have it connected, it will reach out and communicate with a Roku 4 so that you can control it without needing the actual Roku 4 remote. The Roku 4 remote does support voice control and it has a headphone jack which you can use for private listening and Logitech Home system does not replicate those two features but it does allow you control of the Roku 4 otherwise. There is also a Harmony app available for iOS/Android which is very cool because we often keep our remote inside our loveseat's console (so the dog doesn't chew it up) so when I sit on the couch, I almost always forget to grab the Harmony remote first. Now, it doesn't matter because I almost always have my phone in my pocket. Fire up the Harmony app and I have full control of the system right from my phone! I believe the Logitech Home can even integrate with Amazon's "Alexa" products to provide voice controls for the system but I haven't explored that yet.

Conveniently works with Amazon Echo
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A bit time consuming to set up, but works well with the Amazon Echo or Dot. Love the convenience of walking into my living room and saying, "Echo, turn on HBO." I don't have cable, so I have to use apps on my Roku or Amazon Fire TV box. It will turn on the TV, the Yamaha Audio Receiver for surround sound, and open the HBO app on the Roku. It's amazing!!!
