Works well with the included remote if nothing goes wrong. If something gets out of sync you need to use the app to resolve most of the time.

Once you go through the steps of setting up hub, it was fairly simple to hook up with your axela or google assistant. It makes it so covalently to chance channels. the only problem I encountered is between the harmony and alexa app talking to each other. sometimes alexa and google get confused and doesn't work properly.

Once the product is set up the remote is easy to use works perfectly can be done from a tablet or computer would highly recommend there is also an Android app that makes using the remote very convenient but you have to be hooked to the Wi-Fi of your network to use. Best replacement remote on the market that can control lots of items.

I bought this to set up Alexa and Google home to turn on and off my Tv and entertainment system, After setting it up and googling how to make it work with Alexa and Google Home, I was up and Running.

I set this up in the living room to control the TV, receiver, BluRay an cable box. Unfortunately, sometimes it doesn't do what it's supposed to do. I've had to re-program it several times. Other than that, the range is great. I can be in the kitchen and control the system from there. Not bad for the money, but would have expected a more reliable program set. -J

Had some difficulty with setup myself but phone support was very helpful. Next phase is getting wife and kids trained on use. Have minimal units to control and so far so good. Cable box and DVD in semi closed cabinet and TV and sound bar on opposite wall above fireplace. Hub and IR blaster on shelf control all the units.

Connected all of my equipment seamlessly. I was able to put away all of my remotes and utilize just the Harmony remote to control all electronic equipment. Only con...having some issues with the functionality with the android app recognizing the HD Channels, other than that great product.

It does everything I have been wanting a remote to do AND enables so many smart home features! I can now ask Alexa to turn the TV on and off. Be sure to enable both the Harmony skills in Alexa. You'll get more functionality by asking Alexa to tell Harmony to do things thank just asking Alexa. For example, you can ask Alexa to turn your TV On and Off, but you can ask Alexa to tell Harmony to Pause the TV and Control Volume. Just be sure you set up all your activities on the Harmony Hub.

One of the first things I wished Alexa could do was control the TV, now she can! The commands work great even with multiple receiver inputs. Set up to connect with Alexa could have been easier and would like fast forward and rewind via voice, which are the only reasons not rating it 5 stars. Otherwise really enjoying the voice control.

I really do like this unit - it's easy to program; plus if and when the time comes I can simply use my smartphone to manage my media devices. And the fact that it works with Alexa (although it does take a bit to get it set up right) is a bonus! Only two cons per se: 1. I wish the supplied remote had buttons for favorites. 2. Sometimes Harmony doesn't switch HDMI ports properly when going from, say, Roku to Cable. But all in all, I am satisfied with the product!

This is a nice addition to my home entertainment control. I can now control all components with phone, harmony remote and amazon echo which is amazing. I also have hue lights which are nicely integrated with harmony hub. I had couple of standalone harmony remotes but they were not able to control amazon fire. Now with one push of button on remote or tap on app or sounding to echo can start or stop bunch of components including lighting. The included remote is basic but functional.

So excited about this as Logitech makes amazing electronics and this wireless universal remote offers a feature to enable a smart phone to control the equipment as well as the remote control included with this device.

If you are looking for a remote that works well with Alexa this one does a good job. From time to time there are issues with signal if utilizing ir transmitter but overall no major issues. App easy to use. No notable differences that I am aware of vs more expensive model and I own both. I wish the remote had a backlit display

This is my favorite harmony product! In reality it's not really practical to use your phone to control your devies, the remote is very nice, the one thing that would be helpful is to have the keypad lighted. I understand why they didn't do this, it was intended to be a companion where you would normally use your phone. The IR blasters work amazingly well. I thought I would have to buy an extension due to the cabinets that I have, I didn't... Integration with Alexa was easy, but Alexa doesn't understand everything that I want to do. it seems that there is something about current state, it needs to know where you are before it's able to comply. the one complaint that I have is the ordering of functions. Your able to control which order things work and you can add time delays. there are conditions where you cannot reorder some of the evens. I would like it to turn off my lights 3 min after the rest of the system is turned off, unfortunately it won't allow that specific ordering of activity. With some of the pricing I've seen on this, between 60 - 90 it's well worth the purchase price.

I actually like this remote a lot. My wife couldn't use our other one because she couldn't leave it pointed at the entertainment center while everything turned on. All my devices would get out of sync and she would call me to walk her through how to fix them. With this that doesn't happen because the little remit just tells the hub what to do and the hub does it.

Works well with easy setup. Recognizes cable box, sound bar and receiver plus gaming consoles. Would definitely buy again.

If you have a few devices and don't use the app will be good for you. If you have 5 devices like I do and need to use the app, like I do, I would save money and buy one of the more expensive ones that allow you to hit the device you need. The remote is useless if you want to use the app on an android device. Three of my devices don't show my inputs so I can't change the inputs unless I use my phone. The problem with the phone all the functions don't show on one screen. You need to scroll through 6 screens. Way too much work to watch t.v. or a movie. I can't use my windows 10 because it wants i.p. address, username and password, I even contacted my internet provider for this info and still kept getting an error. If they are going to sell something that is virtually app assisted they should make sure it is simple to use with little complications. So much for a universal remote that you still need to use your other remotes.

Easy to setup, easier to use great range and customization. Highly recommended to those who have multiple components.

Bought this excited about the the ir extender capability and it has performed as promised. Only issue is using the remote with Apple TV
