Works great with Alexa to control my entertainment system. It is the only product I have found that controls multiple entertainment devices with single commands. I would like to be able to use two smart hubs and Alexa to control two entertainment systems in two different rooms.

I love this thing. It does everything it promises and I expected. The iPhone app works great. The only negative, and many other reviews mention it, is often it's not connected to your wifi, so the iPhone app doesn't work. The remote that comes with it still works. I like that I can program any button on the remote as I wish, by device.

I really like the remote and the hub, it controls anything from a Nexus player, PS3, Xbox one, etc. My only complaint is when things do not start correctly there is no easy way to fix this, like you could on past remotes with a display. I find myself using my phone as a remote to do this, which is kind of a pain. On the other hang, the remote app works well on my iphone, but I don't use it often. Overall, well worth the price if you can catch it on sale.

Works as intended. Although I wish the external remote could be used to do a little more. I don't want to have to use the phone app every time I want to change a function or activity. Would be nice if I could control my apple tv with the external remote as well. Downside, it is really slow to connect to hub when opening the app. REALLY SLOW. Half the time it doesn't find it. Setup is a nightmare also.

Remote was easy to setup. Replaced an older harmony remote and this one is great for the price.

Yes, there is a bit of a setup in using a Harmony remote, but that is true with most universal remotes. The difference is that the Harmony remote will handle all your components with one click. You don't have to select a device before you adjust the volume. You don't have to remember to select your cable box before you go to change channels. Once you set up your Harmony remote, you just push the buttons and let the remote do the work for you.

I really like the ease of use and setup. The product could use a longer extension for the IR as I have my gaming systems and other a/v equipment in another room. The remote could use another button for say a subset for gaming in case you have more than one gaming system, but I use my phone most of the time. Overall a very good product.

This remote is great! Fast response time, simple setup, easy to use and leaves a small footprint.

Prior to purchasing this control, I was juggling between several controls in my living room. This control has not only simplified my home theater/living room, but I can no longer go back to fiddling with multiple controls. Although it takes a bit of work to setup and fine tune the settings, the end result is well worth the effort. I only wish I would have picked up more than one during a recent sale.

Easiest harmony remote I have ever set up and works great even with Xbox one.

This is my second exact logitech remote so that speaks volumes. The other one is white. A little tricky to setup the dedicated activity button but other than that works well.

I've uninstalled and installed twice. The remote somehow switches to a different device to play. It works on my phone!

I love this product. It works with anything that takes a remote. I have it working with Google Home and IFTTT. It works flawlessly!!! Its a must get item. Only bad thing is that its a little hard to setup activities. But once you get the hang of it, is works excellent. that's why i gave it four stars.

Does not work all the time with my tv and it could use some extra buttons for navigation but all in all a good remote.

This remote is awesome it works all of my devices, very large database. And text supportive spot-on. It really does work many many devices. I would definitely buy it again.

Unit has poor programming for certain devices. We use an IR repeater to get the signal do the basement. Some devices you can see from the IR blaster come through strong and others SUPER weak and unable to control the device. This is an issue with programming and Logitech could care less.

My first Harmony remote and I think I chose a good one. It took a little while to used to the software to get it set up, but once you are familiar with it you can really customize your entertainment system. What I really like is the remote. Good feel and weight and seems like it will be very durable. You can also download the app to your phone/tablet and control your system for there or customize/adjust any settings. It's not really for me but having the option is a plus.

A match made in Heaven. Total entertainment automation ability! Flawless integration with my Sharp 70inch 4k and Logitech Surround sound. Great for Chromecast control too!
