Easy to installed, can know control all my electronics with only using 1 Harmony smart control.

Super easy to set up and it works really well. Also works perfect with Alexa! Good price too.

I got this hub/remote combo be cause Alexa now has the skill(s) to work with harmony. This now makes the hub a great addition to your smart home devices because of the voice control. And a when something loud is going on and you can't control via Alexa you have the simple remote as a back up.

The versatility, ease of use, aesthetic design, and functionality of the product is unreal. The setup is so simple, I actually thought I was missing some steps or instructions. Switching between devices/functions is seamless and easy. I'm actually going to buy one of these for my parents because I think it would genuinely make it easier for them to use all of their devices (most of which they currently do not understand).

I've been using Logitech remotes for over 10 years and absolutely love them. They continue to get better and better. The capability now to have my components in a closet, or to enjoy using my phone as a remote just adds to the awesomeness. The online software is also a big step above the already great software that I previously had been using. I bought a couple of these to meet the needs of multiple rooms and recommend it to anyone.

After reading mixed reviews of this device, I had hesitation - but the experience so far has been excellent for me. The remote works seamlessly with my TV, soundbar, Apple TV and cable box. However, if I need to turn off a particular device, it is not clear (if it is even capable) of individually controlling a device. For example, if my cable box is left on after a previous recording session, I'd like to be able to use the remote to turn that component alone off.

I have come thru the Harmony remotes and tried most. This one is gr at because it works with the hub and app. I am not a have of the remotes with screens because they don’t have channel numbers and the favorite screen with channel logos didn’t work well. This one is Great

I bought this because I was on Smart Home kick and I wanted to find a way to be able to turn on my old TV with my voice. I thought this Harmony hub would work and I would be able to consolidate all my remotes to one, including my Amazon Fire TV, Roku, and PS4. It seemed to work for a minute, but it would lose Bluetooth connection consistently and I would try to repair the remote with the device and it would just work unless I started from scratch. After 5 days of trying to get it to consistently work, I decided to return it because it just wasn't easy to set up and keep working. Sure, I was able to turn on my old tv with my Echo Dot connected to the Harmony Hub, but it wasn't worth the $70 (it was on sale) I paid to have that novelty. I didn't want another remote to add to the pile of remotes I already had. Maybe some of the more expensive versions are easier to work with and work better, but if this Harmony Smart Remote is any indication, then I wouldn't even bother.

This is one of the best remotes I've ever used. Easy to setup and simple to use. It doesn't have a bunch of extra buttons that rarely get used so the remote is simple to use. Programming special buttons is easy and gives you a lot of control since one button can have many steps and control multiple devices in the sequence. By using the app on a tablet or smartphone, you can control your devices over the internet.

Logitech has some good remotes however this might be a step into the automation realm that still needs some tweaking, Pairing this with Alexa, a Sony TV, and other devices sometimes needs reconfiguration. Stand alone its still a good remote just not for voice control.

I expected a great Harmony product and I wasn't let down. Pretty straight forward to set up after you connect it via wireless. The only Down fall is that it doesn't support 5ghz wireless.

I had a 10-year old Harmony that worked well until some of the buttons stopped responding. I bought that so my wife could watch Netflix, turn on surround sound, watch a DVD, etc. by using a single remote control, instead of 3 or 4. She never got the hang of it with the older unit, though I thought it was simple to use, once you got it all set up. I got this new Harmony to replace the old one... The new remote unit is fairly intuitive, and well-built. Best of all, my wife actually uses it now! I've also integrated the Harmony "skill" with my Amazon Echo and it works great!!! It's so easy to use voice commands to turn on a specific channel, turn up/down the volume, mute/unmute, etc. We use it this way constantly. The Harmony app on my smartphone is also useful for changing channels, adjusting volume and aspect ratio, etc, though I usually use the remote. The infra-red "blaster" that comes in the box works very well. It only has to be "somewhat near" the components I want to control, not necessarily directly in front of them. I thought I might need to buy another blaster to put behind my cabinet doors to control my 4 components, but one blaster is all I needed. First-time setup of a Harmony remote can be a little cumbersome if you have a lot of components to control. Luckily, I was able to use my old Logitech Harmony's configuration to setup this new unit with minimal hassle. EXCELLENT value, especially at this price. (I'm considering buying another one for the basement entertainment system.)

I was looking for a way to bring my A/V system into my smart home. This is the best way so far the the setup method is very intuitive. It won't be perfect until all devices have 2-way networked interfaces, but it does pretty well with IR. Two way integration through Wi-Fi is a huge benefit. Integration with other smart home products (including Google Assistant and Alexa) is just icing on the cake.

This is a great hub for smart home controls for your entertainment system. Works easily with Alexa and Google Home. Comes with a basic remote, nothing fancy, but I prefer its simplicity over some of the other touchscreen remotes which require you to swipe through multiple menus.

It is all good except for needing a larger remote. But... you can control it from the iPad or iPhone, which is great.

I have 3 devices that I needed to turn on or off so that I could watch TV every time. With this universal remote, it now is so convenient to just control all 3 from one place. In addition, the capability it provides to be able to work with Google Assistant made the control even easier. Highly recommend if you have the same issues like mine. Be sure you buy it when it is on sale to save some money.

Finally a universal remote that can control my old Kenwood a/v system and it has BT for the Playstation, too!! I docked a star for having to use the tv remote for the back function on Netflix, but that may be fixable with customization. I haven't looked into that yet. Overall great!

Had a smart remote that cost $299 unfortunately the dog used it for a chew toy. Decided to get this as a replacement. Now all 4 of us have a remote that is always within reach. Still need to figure out how to get the apple TV and Zone 2 hooked up but the ease and speed at which the channels are changed is a welcome change.

Great product for the price, easy set up and allows you to set up your entertainment with ease. Nice job Harmony

I was tired of having three different remotes to operate my TV, Amazon Fire and sound system. The remote can handle everything. You can set up scenarios so one button will turn on tv, amazon fire and surround sound. A second button turns on just tv and surround sound. The Harmony Hub lets me control from my phone or Alexa. Very convenient and easy. It took a little bit to get it set up but it wasn't too difficult.
