This remote controls all 6 of my IR devices connected to my overall entertainment system. Vizio TV, DirecTV Genie DVR, Sony DVD, Sirius XM radio, Roku Soundbridge, and Amazon Fire TV box which is Bluetooth. It does not control my Bose Lifestyle 12 system because that is proprietary Bose RF device. I also have apps on my smartphones and tablets which provides more detail control of devices and allows for modifying the setup. I would have given this a 5 star rating except that I had some setup issues with the inputs on the Vizio TV but eventually got this working correctly. If you use the My Harmony desktop app to setup you will need to use Microsoft Internet Explorer and Silver light. Silver light is not compatible with Google Chrome. It's all good now though.

Once I did little homework it was a breeze to setup. Works great with Amazon echo also.

It is is super product & easy to understand. Everything Best Buy sells is always first class & if you need any help getting started with the product, they are right there for you.

This remote has eliminated most of my remote needs. It did not work well with my blue-ray player and so I just decided to just use the original remote when needed; which thankfully isn't much these days. It did not work well with the Amazon Firestick either and that is my biggest gripe with it; so I just decided to use the standalone remote when needed instead for simplicity. Wish it had backlighting for when the room is dark. But learning the remote landscape eventually helps with that issue. What it did work well enough on is my TCL Roku 4K TV and my Vizio sound bar set-up. Those are my primary items that we use reguraly and this remote works them fine. To note, my soundbar is connected via the HDMI ARC and this remote works well with that particular setup. Overall, good remote and I got a good deal on it too. If you can afford it, the next one up may be a better deal.

It works with all my components (even my super old stereo) and I like the fact that I can use my cell phone to control the devices. It is a little clunky in the way it functions and really does not deliver anything that makes it worth the extra money. If I had a do over I would just buy a universal remote (or a half dozen) and save my money for something else.

I bought this on sale for $65, which is less than a hub by itself ($99). I think it's due to the packaging difference and that there's a slightly newer version of this kit on sale, but who cares? Great price for the Hub which connects to Echo and Google Home, plus a basic remote to interact with the unit. Currently using with a Sony 4K, Tivo Bolt and a Sony Blu-ray player with no issues yet.

Logitech very easy to program works easily with your computer also has a lot of technical features not available with other remotes you can program it to operate your receiver your DVD or VCR your television if you have a complete home stereo system which I do which was recommended by Best Buy Superfast I change the channel Superfast to change the music super fast to change the video highly recommend

I was very surprised with how easy it was to set up the Harmony. Within a couple of minutes I had all of my devices connected and also had several macro operations set up. The only problem I had was finding a good place to put the mini IR sensor in order to have the signals consistently make it to my TV. Other than that, this is the perfect universal remote. I went from 4 remotes down to 1 - and that remote is my iPad. Can't beat that!

I bought this to replace an older model of harmony remote. I thought being able to use my iPhone to control the TV was a nice addition. But both my husband and I will use the regular remote for the most part and there is no help button on that remote. I also did not find a help button in the new iPhone app. We use that regularly when one of the devices gets out of sync and the help button troubleshoots for us and quickly fixes the problem. I don’t want to have to turn devices on and off myself. I took this one back and purchased the Harmony 665 which still has the help button.

Pretty easy to get this set up and working. I use it with a TV, Apple TV, and Sound Bar. Only issue I've run into is switching from one activity to another doesn't reset the input on the sound bar correctly. Still preferable to multiple remotes though

Easy to set up with the app. Like this much better than the older models that you had to use a computer. The key is to make sure you know all of your model #'s for your devices. Like everything but the small remote buttons and the fact that you are limited on activity buttons.

it does do what it says it will. it will control my tv, xbox and stereo unit. i wish it had better settings like a more advanced mode . they have made it over simple to use and it takes out custom setups. i would like to be able to turn on devices and turn off others in a scene.

This is easily one of the best remote bundles that Logitech offers in the Harmony line. You can do the initial setup on your PC or using the Harmony app on iOS (what I use) or Android. It connects to your Wifi network to use the app, sync updates, and to pair to Alexa (Amazon Echo). It comes with one "puck" which can be put in a cabinet with your AV equipment, cable box, etc. and an IR blaster that can be placed on the top of your TV stand to engage the rest (TV included). It comes with one companion remote, that's already paired, and will start controlling devices in no time. The real win with this, is the fact that you no longer need to point and hold the remote to power on/off your activity. It's all done wirelessly to the hub, and it shoots out the IR signals for you. If you don't want to use the remote, grab your iPhone and use the app. You can also make changes to the activity and button setting within the app. It can also control other harmony hubs in your home, if you have more than one. The best thing is using Alexa to turn things on or off. Falling asleep on the couch, and can't find the remote? Easy, tell Alexa (echo) to turn it off, and she does the work for you. This is easily the best harmony remote I've owned (been buying since they first came out). I loved it so much, I bought 3 more for every bedroom and then two as gifts to my Dad and Brother. They love them too.

We had an earlier Logitech and this one was a little hard to get used to but we're getting there.

This was the 5th Harmony Remote I have purchased in the last 1.5 years (3 for 3 different rooms in my home and 2 for my parents). The user interface while programing the remote is the easiest I have dealt with, the Hub works seamlessly and (for the most part) with out the need for a mini blaster. I would like to see the ability for more customization, but overall it does the job and very well.

We've had a Logitech Harmony remote for years, and have loved its ability to control all out audio and video equipment behind cabinet doors. The Harmony Smart Control is just as good - and is cheaper, sleeker, and includes a smartphone app that extends its abilities. Setup is a little confusing, but not that much. And the result is worth it.

Setup was easy until I learned that my TV required more steps to change inputs than the Harmony allowed. I then contacted their Customer Service and they tweaked their servers to make my TV work with all my inputs. They were terrific. Finally, I set it up to work with my Echo and can control all of my devices by voice. I have eliminated six remotes and can use my cell as a second remote.
