I am fond of smart home automation and i find this product as a great compliment to alexia. Setup was easy but adding activity is a little tricky as you really need to specify which devices to turn on, steps, delays etc. Once you get the hang of it, itll be easy. Do a system upgrade before adding to alexa and make sure you discover devices. Took me 30 mins to setup and it was all fun from there.

I bought this to work with Alexa. Works great. Only issue is when Alexa is used to turn on tv you need to use remote from that point on as it knows what input and source your on. Because the remote has no backlight, using at night is almost impossible...

Gets out of sync from time to time but that's an easy fix from your phone. Echo integration makes it cool and easy to use especially when walking out the door. Finally, the remote is slick but programming it takes some time and got a little cumbersome and annoying.

This is a great universal remote. I've had Harmony remotes in the past and this on I found to be one of the best so far. It has a fast response time comparable to the original device remotes. I like how it comes with a simple remote and you have have more control thorough the smart phone app. I have an iPhone 5 and there's been time that I pull up the Harmony app and the Hub doesn't show up on my network. I have had a real big need to use the features that the basic remote has. However, I do like that I can adjusts settings for the Harmony app without having to use the computer and login to the MyHamony site. It makes updating activities a lot easier and quicker. I like how the Hub is what sends out the IR signals to the devices instead of the remote. It makes nice to not to have to hold and ensure that the remote is in line of sight for all the devices that going to be used in an activity like with my previous harmony remotes. Also starting an activity is much quicker that it was with previous Harmony remotes.

If you have expensive devices and don't always want to show them off to the whole world, this is the way to go. You can have everything in a separate room, safe and hidden, and still have all of the advantages of having them in the same room. Also being able to update your Harmony Remote via the Smart Control device if it is on the same wifi network and not have to hook it up to a computer to make changes is a huge plus.

This thing has been nothing put a pain to set up and get working properly. Getting it to connect to be programmed is one thing, but then getting it programmed is an entirely different story. There just aren't a lot of great options out there for a universal remotes that can do everything I want it to and this one is no exception. I'll keep tinkering with it, but it's definitely not a solve all solution. I still need to use a few of my remotes along with this one, but at least I've been able store away some of them. A few remotes is better than six.

Honestly, I’m just too lazy to want to turn on 3 different devices to watch tv or play games. This simplifies everything and actually saves a lot of time after a little bit of a setup learning curve. Now I have it playing nicely with my Amazon speaker and 9 times out of 10, it does everything I expect it to when I issue a command. Logitech is certainly getting better at this.

Really easy to set up with computer, you have to understand how your inputs work with your devices. One you understand which input controls which device in your setup, it's easy. Only took a few minutes to set up the profile with all my devices and telling it which input each device needs to be on to either watch TV or watch the Apple TV.

I had a Harmony One and everything worked great on it. I've always been a big fan of Harmony products. I recently got an Echo device and wanted Alexa to control my TV/AV equipment. This Harmony Hub works well with Alexa. The only thing I wished it would do having Alexa change channels. It turns on and off the devices and to whatever input you programmed. It's a great device regardless.

Love the RF interface. Have equipment behind a cabinet. Copy of previous harmony 650 activities caused problems but once I set up activities by hand it worked great.

Needed a better remote to control all my tv home theater items because I got tired of multiple remotes. Broke down and got this one after looking at reviews. Great remote. No need to aim it directly at anything. Can also use tablet or phone. Patience is needed to set it up. Isn't too difficult but could be better. A good buy and better than the 8 remotes in my console.

I had Anymote and it was difficult to setup and use, then the company dropped support for it. Enter the Harmony Hub, easy to setup easier to use, plus it works with both my Alexa and Google Assistant devices. Adding Macros to the included remote was also effortless. I'm planning to purchase the Harmony Remote with screen soon to complete the setup. (Not required)

Only problem is the numbers are small I find I use my iPad more than the remote to control things

This remote and hub are great. Works very well with Amazon echo, dot and/or tap.

Purchased the Harmony to be able to control my TV with Alexa. Works very well with the voice control. Setting friendly names to favorite channels is very useful. The main negative I have found is programing Harmony tasks is a little less flexible than I would like.

I would give this five stars, but it sometimes doesn't send signals to the hub. We bought this for the Alexa integration, which works perfectly for when we want to be extremely lazy. The setup was easier than the old harmony way of using computer based software.

Programming is easy with the app downloaded from the phones app store. I wish there were more keys for multiple activities. You have to double the top three keys with either a long press or short press to get 6 activities. Backlit keys would have been nice too.

I use this with my Alexa and it works perfectly. Sadly, I use Alexa more than my remote because it works that much better. Got lucky I guess, because I’ve heard some horror stories on this unit, but I’m satisfied and have already recommended it to my sister. I’d buy again for sure.
