As a stand alone product, I think the Hub is great and can be paired with a lot of things. The set up was relatively easy and they can pair with just about anything with a remote. The real magic is when you pair it with an Echo Dot or Echo.

I have bought several logitech remotes. This smart remote is AWESOME! I was able to hook it up to my alexa echo dot and samsung smartthings. I was able to create custom modes that worked with the remote for lighting and voice. REally cool product!

Good smart remote. But remote without screen. And price is too high.

A pretty good all in one control. Programmability via app is much easier than plugging in a computer and syncing. However, limited set of buttons on the actual remote makes controlling individual components very difficult, resulting in me having to control the components via the app on my phone.

I own 4 of these for different setups at my home and away residences.Easy to set up with basic tech skills.The remote hub is a pleasure to use as I can hide equipment in cabinets. Easy to fix if something does not work as programmed.

My family absolutely loves this product. It is very easy to use. It's a small remote without many buttons! There are more optional buttons on the app. Customer service far exceeded my expectations when I was setting it up. I had to call them twice which could have been frustrating but they made it a good experience.

Works good for most uses...problems when TV is already ON, using harmony toggles to OFF.

I bought this to pair with the amazon echo for voice activation in my house and it's perfect!!! It can control my receiver,tv and amazon tv with just my voice. It's not hard to set up and if you need help just look for how to videos on YouTube and you are set. This is my second hub and I will probably get another to control every room in my house.

I already thought this was a fantastic remote, then I discovered that it works with Amazon Alexa, so I bought two more! It's something that I enjoy and use every day. I'm a long term fan of Logitech products including their keyboards and computer speakers. Hey Logitech! Get me a special price on your Z906 speakers and I'll continue to sing your praises!

This remote is rather finicky. Control is sporadic - sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. The buttons are not lit, so it's really a pain to control in the dark, unlike my older Harmony remote. The buttons are too close to operate this without hitting the wrong button. Would not recommend.

Very easy to set up, turns on multiple devices and works great!

As many have noted, takes some time to get set up unless you import settings from a previous unit, but very handy once it's ready to go, and being able to use the remote without having to point it at the TV, thanks to the IR sensor, is very convenient. Buttons are a little small, but you get used to them.

Have been looking to replace the various remotes in my living room. Found few that worked well with uverse box and my onkyo ls3100 system. Harmony worked awesome! Looked at complicated options but this simple remote was perfect. Even got the family on board. Setup programs to also include dimming hue lights when playing a movie.

This remote is very easy to set up and use. I love the ability to push a single button and it turns on you TV and all of your components and sets them to the correct input. It's so easy to use my 4 year old can easily turn on the TV and watch her favorite cartoons.

Works as well as other harmony remotes, but this one works with Amazon Echo integration to control channel activity and volume (also play / pause etc.) Also app turns your phone into a wifi remote. If you are coming from a different harmony remote, you can copy your old devices and activities to the this remote and be up and running in minutes.

My husband has very big fingers and is always hitting other buttons when pressing the one he wants the controller could be bigger and more spread out. Also just a idea the buttons should light up for night uses to see them better.

The Harmony Hub is really excellent. You can program almost any device to operate behind closed doors due to the WiFi functionality of the Hub. Programming is easy, either when hooked up to a computer or tablet, or through the Harmony Smartphone App. Highly recommend.

This is a great place start to home theater control. I use it with Alexa to control my home theater after having already purchasing one for my living room system. Hope this continues to gain abilities but was a really good place to begin.

I really enjoy it now that it's setup and functioning right. You have to add multiple activities to do the same thing within the same device. I.e. I had to set activities to turn on my Xbox and then another one just to use the remote functions.
