I really enjoy it now that it's setup and functioning right. You have to add multiple activities to do the same thing within the same device. I.e. I had to set activities to turn on my Xbox and then another one just to use the remote functions.

Decent for price but has some limitations. The remote had initial connectivity challenges with my setup. Unlike previous generations lack of backlight and odd layout make this a hard sell.

Got this to go with SmartThings. Took a while to get all of my devices setup properly but finally did. Integrated with ST and Amazon Echo and now I have voice control over my TV. Tip: Use the smartphone app instead of the desktop program to configure the harmony as it seems to walk you through some steps that are missed on the desktop program.

Easy to program from computer but twice it failed to communicate with devices. The first time it failed to communicate with the DVD player & I had to call the help line. Very annoying because of poor English & I actually solved the problem while speaking to her. The second time a few weeks later the remote stopped communicating with my Denon receiver. I was able to restore operation with their very useful web site. The buttons are very small & it is easy to press the wrong one. The good features are the RF signal & it works with all devices eliminating the need for their remotes. Also the free app for my smart phone allows me to use it to operate all the devices.

I have been addicted to stereo then home theater equipment since I was 15 and got my first job to afford a used receiver and a pair of speakers. 30 years ago. Through the years I have owned many brands and types of remotes. Some as expensive as one of the components of my home theater. With this remote set-up You no longer have to do that. I had it up and running two home theaters in 15 minutes. Longer once I got into setting up alexa controls. It is intuitive and easily run from the included remote or your Smartphone. It runs all your Rf, If and Bluetooth devices with ease. It is two main pieces and comes with everything you need to expand cheaply. My projector room has always been one very expensive remote running all but then then den had a different universal remote that made everyone complain about learning how to navigate two remotes. NOW they all can use their own phones to control the house down to the thermostat, which is the only con is I have lost complete control of my domain. But really I can't say all the great things about this remote in a review, just go ahead and buy it. Set it up and have a happy household, I have had three friends come over and gone with in a month to get their own. That speaks for itself.

I purchased this remote for a friend, but I have used mine for some time now. The app is not good for set up purposes. Plan to connect it to a pc to set everything up correctly. Once you have the set up completed, it works like a champ.

I supply this unit to many of my clients, many of who are elderly and perhaps technically challenged. 95% love this product due to its simplicity.

This is the fourth one I purchased. I use them for all my TVs. Easy to troubleshoot if things don’t power on correctly. The hardest part about setting them up is putting in the model numbers Of the equipment you are programming

I set this up with my Google home for voice control. It works with all my electronic devices. Only issues I have is with the Google home short cuts. They don't work and the short cut for the volume is triggering the tv, not my sound bar. As long as I say hey Google, ask Harmony, it works fine and the sound bar is triggered correctly.

This remote is a great value. Easy to program. The buttons are not backlit - a feature I wish I had in my bedroom. Also have this in my den with 5 connected devices, works very well!

I needed to simplify my mess of remotes in a big way, and this did it for me. Tv, blu ray player, Xbox, Apple TV, receiver. All had separate remotes. Now I've got one. Plus, if I want to use my phone from another room to change radio stTions or something else, I can do that too. Well worth the purchase. Should have done it years ago!

This is my third harmony remote. All have worked well. I bought my second one when the battery on the first would not hold a charge any longer. I purchased the third when the volume button on the second started Intermittent response. I had the first two for several years and they provided good service. I've only had the third a short time so it remains to be seen how it will hold up. A couple small complaints about this remote...1) I felt the setup wasn't as easy as the first two I had. It took a few runs through to get things to take. 2) this new version does not have the "help" button/function on the remote (that asks a series of questions when things don't function quite right) so you have to go to the app to make corrections. Overall I was very pleased with the Harmony/ Logitech products I've owned.

Kinda hard to work with Amazon Echo, otherwise great. I have 4

I got this to use with my Amazon Echo but haven't moved the Echo to the living room, yet. I was able to hide the infra-red transmitter, high on a bookshelf where it can see everything. All is working great. Hard to break the habit of trying to aim the remote, around the cat tree. Nice to be able to use the cell phone app with it, also.

I bought this for my parents. I works very very well. They love it. It is MUCH easier to set up then old "less smart" harmonys. I want one for me!

Best little remote from Logitech. The phone app works well but not as well as I thought but we use it to control many devices connected to the tv

I had some reservation for this Item at first as I've had remotes before that controled various system but this one has them beat hands down. The install/activation was very easy and the results are amazing. No longer do I need three controlers I just have one that I can even activate via smart phone which enhances this system for me.

Terrible customer service had to call in and never solved my problem. The tech could care less. . Hard to setup unless work at Logitech. Never could get the auto learn function to work. Hit and miss with Alexa. Better than nothing. I only recommend if you have a tech background.
