We have one already and bought two more, one as a gift and one for our downstairs. It works with the echo, a great feature.

I cant say enough about this remote and hub. Once you get all your devices paired with it and set up activities, it will change your life. It also comes with a IR blaster, I installed it and stuck it in the basement so I can now control stuff in my basement with my phone too!

So far the remote has been a challenge adding the devices. I had problem assigning specific button on the remote for each device. I would not respond when i try to connect to a specific device. At this time i am still learning to add activities to the remote for each devices.

This remote totally fixed the problem I was having. My tv is on the wall above a fireplace with a soundbar above it and the cable box to the left near the floor. I was constantly aiming the remotes in different directions to do the functions. NOW I don't have to point at all and use one remote instead of 3. I highly recommend it to my friends.

I absolutely love this remote! I am able to control my devices near, far, and completely away from home utilizing the app.

I bought this to use with Echo Dot and works fairly well. I replaced one I had that had the touch screen which has started getting a mind of its own. Probably not as good as the high dollar units but serves my purpose.

Bought this to work with my amazon fire tv as without the hub it will not work. Works good and control my fire tv with it, so now only need one remote. Wish it had voice like the one that comes with the fire TV.

It requires a tiny bit of tech savvy in order to set up, but should be doable for most people. Don't give up if you think it's difficult at first. Just dive into the app for a while and you'll figure it out. Well worth the money and time once it is set up properly.

This device works very well with controlling IR based tech and it plays nice with Alexa and Google home voice assistants.

The remote works well for controlling most buttons, such as power, volume, channel, etc... for typical devices (TV, blu-ray player, cable box). But, for certain functions on the cable box and streaming box, I end up having to switch between the included remote and the smart phone remote app. For example, only the smart phone remote app has a keyboard button to enter keyboard mode on the streaming box. Also, the remote will control only the devices that were part of the activity that was selected. But, if you switch to using a different device (say, from the cable box to blu-ray player) with the tv, I don't see how to switch the included remote to control the other device, unless you first turn off everything and then select the activity that uses the other device.

Bought this hub based smart home theater remote to replace my old Harmony 650. Easy to set up and can use a smartphone or tablet to control it, which is a nice option since the included remote is not backlit.

The Harmony Smart Control integrates nicely with the Amazon Echo. This device is great! It is easy and saves me a lot of time. I purchased Alexa to be able to do this and enjoy so much all she does. The Harmony Smart Control is so much better than manual for a busy home.

Great working multi remote. A little tricky to set up at first but well worth it. They also have great customer service if you do need help.

The name of this remote is perfect as i now have harmony on my table bc its not covered by remotes. The remote controls it all its awesome. The app is nice to for those times when you cant find remote and you dont want to look for it you can just use your phone. The device list that you are able to control is also impressive.

More difficult than I thought to set up be none the less a great product!

This was hard as heck to set up on an older big screen TV using an Amazon Fire Stick. Also all the set up was deleted the one time we powered it down (had to move it). However once set up it kicks butt. Controls all the devices without a hitch, include the old school TV we no longer have the remote for.

The software isn't the most intuitive, but after setting it up correctly, it works great. Also, doesn't quite work flawlessly when you have a lot of things connected to your TV. For the price though, it was a good deal.

Not perfect, not sure if it's the echo or Logitech but some commands only work 50% of the time but it's fantastic on the whole. I can have alexa turn on my TV, Xbox, Roku etc and it's on before i get to the TV room.
