Not perfect, not sure if it's the echo or Logitech but some commands only work 50% of the time but it's fantastic on the whole. I can have alexa turn on my TV, Xbox, Roku etc and it's on before i get to the TV room.

This was hard as heck to set up on an older big screen TV using an Amazon Fire Stick. Also all the set up was deleted the one time we powered it down (had to move it). However once set up it kicks butt. Controls all the devices without a hitch, include the old school TV we no longer have the remote for.

Works well with alexa. I like how the remote feels and fits in the hand. I have not figured out every function that it has yet and maybe that's why it I gave it 4 stars. It's not the most simplistic smart remote

I bought the Harmony Hub because of the ability to use it with Alexa to control my AV electronics. While it was not the easiest to set up, once I mastered it. It works great. I even got emails from Logitech to make sure I was set up to may satisfaction. On sale, it is a bargain, full price, I would have to think about it a lot more.

It is somewhat confusing to set up although I do like it.

Bought the hub to replace a failed harmony touch that was no longer available , the app works great and my wife loves the simple remote.

Setup was a breeze with the app. You know something is intuitive when the wife loves it and asks for another one for upstairs. Have it setup to communicate with the Apple TV via Bluetooth. This let's you use the double home button action. I'm definitely considering snagging another one.

This is a great product and if fact I was so happy with it I bought a 2nd one. Our components are located in a closet and therefore, I needed something that could provide the IR commands even though not within line of sight. This product does the job. connect to your network, log in to your "My Harmony" account and within minutes you can have it ready to go.

Single remote that supports RF, IR, Bluetooth and IP device control. Can be programmed from a phone app or a desktop app. Base station means long control sequences always work without having to point the remote at the entertainment center for 15 seconds. Only drawback is no back light on the remote and possibly too few buttons.

At first it was hit or miss but after a couple weeks it works great. Only thing that can be bothersome is an activity has to be running for you to use the remote properly. Mainly use the app on my iPad to control everything.

It was easy to setup and get connected to Wi-Fi network. Also wanted to use iPhone and iPad to control home theater and it works great.

I bought this primarily to be able to use one remote (my phone) for my media center comprising of (1) a TV, (2) a receiver, and (3) an Apple TV. Setup was easy and it works perfectly! Also, now that I have Amazon Echo, I can tell Alexa to turn on my different configurations through Harmony. I highly recommend the combination.

This item takes a bit of programming, but work well once it's set up.

Have been using this product now for over 3 month now and satisfied with it overall. Set up was moderate effort and liked the iphone app option which is convenient. In terms of actual operation, I felt that the intuitiveness was lacking as the options are a bit complicated. There is no need to jack up the price and include so many features that are truly not necessary. Sometimes, when you press a button, the interface is slow or not all units switch on or off. In previous models, there used to be HELP button that would re-synchronize or prompt for specifics by device which isn't there. Once you get the hang of it, which will take a few weeks, then one may feel comfortable with the unit. Just not intuitive right off the bat.

We have this paired with an Amazon Echo and it makes it really easy to turn on/off the TV. Additionally, the IR responders make it the harmony activities work the first time (we have had issues in the past due to devices being in a cabinet). Highly recommend.

My Harmony One's touch screen died so I needed a new remote. The good price along with the blaster makes this a no brainier. The blaster works perfectly! Set up was quick and painless via the iPhone app. Being able to control your whole system on your phone if you want is slick. I personally prefer the remote itself. Overall I highly recommend this remote!

This works incredibly well with my Amazon Echo.... 99% of the time, I don’t even need to touch my remote controls.

it's so convenient and you don't have use individual remotes to turn anything on or off anymore, because one remote has it all.
