This product originally did not want to sync up with my new lg tv, so I had to get a replacement. Great product! Very easy to set up and use from remote or hub.

This is a nice functional remote to meet the needs for a unit that only requires a minimual number of devices (3 in my case)

This remote is glitchy. It turns my system on, but most of the time it does not turn the tv off. I like the feel of the remote but would like it better if it worked reliably. It is about $200 less than the Harmony Ultimate Home which is not as accurate as the Harmony Smart Control.

Bought this for my In-Laws. I have one at home, I've used to have the old set up years ago with the cradle. Love these remotes. makes life so easy. Get rid of all these other remotes and use this. I use mine with my Google home, if programmed with IFTTT you can make google home say custom phrases when switching between activities. (My wife loves it when she turns on the TV and google ask if our child is bored) SIDE NOTE: Once you set up this remote, you should not use any of the old remotes anymore. The remote software gets confused if something is already turned on and then nothing works correctly. if this happens. turn off everything using the off button on the harmony remote, any devices that are still on need to be shut off as well with their original remotes or the harmony app can control devices individually. once everything is off you can go back to using the remote as normal. Also if you have cats, be aware they move the hub and IR blaster when they walk near the stuff, if they get moved you may end up with the problem above because some devices won't receive the signal.

For the price I paid which was $99.99. I love this remote. The smart hub works great with app and the remote it comes with. I will say the app works better then the remote the hub comes with. It is more responsive and quicker then the remote. But overall very good product and it was a great replacement from the logitech harmony one I had before.

Easy to set up out of the box, loaded app on cell phone, no problem. Had to research a bit more to reprogram fast forward and fast rewind to skip through commercials. Pretty much straight forward. Only con I see, it lack of lighted keypad. Hard to see buttons in dark room.

It was well reviewed in the smart home user groups but I'm finding it slow. That said it could be my wifi. However the remote itself has limited function but I love the fact that my iPhone is now a remote

Great value for everything this thing does and it does it all really well. I had a Harmony 650 before this and although that was a really nice remote, It felt archaic having to point at my entertainment stack so that the infrared signal was "heard" by my devices. This solves that in a reliable and innovative way. I like the iPhone remote app but for everyday use I end up sticking with the simple remote that comes in the box. I actually like it better without the touch screen that is found on the Harmony Ultimate, which I also own. That touch screen is a bit too easy to brush which too often throws your current activity off into some unintentional task. On the room for improvement side: the three activity buttons are doing double duty through long versus short presses. This can get confusing for folks with a lot of devices connected to multiple TV and/or receiver inputs. This remote doesn't control my RF devices like Boxee Box or Xbox One...this isn't a deal breaker for me but would be nice if it did. The fast forward and rewind buttons are at the top of the remote and a 10 key pad is at the bottom...those should be flipped the other way. All in all, really an excellent remote. Very happy with it.

I purchased this to work with my Echo. It was somewhat difficult to set up, perhaps because some of my equipment is older. Mary at Logitech spent almost two hours talking me through but it is now working great.

I had a little trouble first up getting my devices to work but then all is great once I knew where to put the transmitters were in the spot they should be. This was better from the other side of the room.

Picked this up when it was on a "flash sale" for a great price. It works well with Alexa, but has limited integration at this point in time. Also highly customizable and can be accessed via mobile device or the dedicated remote. The iOS app is very well made and makes it easy to customize your remote buttons.

At this price ($60) it was a steal, the hub alone retails for close to $90. If you've used Harmony products before, you know what you're getting. If not, just get this. Its intuitive and simplifies things greatly. Setup takes a little time and effort, but after that you'll wonder why you waited to get one.

The iPhone apps works great. the interface could use a little freshening up. I luv the remote perfect size for the hand. Remember to keep pressing the activity key if the devices do not come on. It's equivalent to the harmony help key.

1, plug it into your Computer for a easy and fast set up. 2, sining up is a pain in the butt as a new user you will have a big worth less tutorial that you cant skip (its frustating) 3.after downloading the harmony software and hook it to your wifi you will find that this is not compatible with must of the sound bars in the market, you will need to copy the IR into the hub so they work properly. 4. after you learn how to use their software and with some knowledge you wont need any other remote . work hard and you will have an amazing remote

A very good remote so far. To use with amazon tv you still need the FLIRC usb device to control the menu their. However, the only reason I gave this a 4 star is false description in the specifications on this remote. It says the buttons are “backlit” which they are not at all. It is a definite upgrade on my last universal remote in the harmony 650. Less buttons to worry about but also an easier setup overall using the phone versus the harmony setup on the PC. It was also easier setting up a sequence to have get a single button to make my amazon tv box go to sleep mode since you can’t longpress “menu” like a fire tv remote
