I bought this only for the hub. I wanted to integrate it with my Amazon Echo using IFTTT. My problem was with the Harmony app mostly. IFTTT can trigger an action you set up on the app but setting up actions was very difficult. I got it to toggle the TV power but couldn't accomplish much else. I'm not giving this a low rating because it didn't fit my use. I'm giving it a low rating because the software and documentation are total and complete trash. Don't purchase this if you want to find help online with setup, you're gonna have to trial and error it all yourself. If you have one of the remotes and you plan on using it for cable boxes or something or want a smart home remote you might be better off. I just wanted a link between Amazon Echo and my TV.

This remote works okay but is not living up to my expectations. It's finicky. It doesn't always turn on devices or turn them off and there's no help button like other Logitech remotes. The phone enabled feature is also tough. It works but I wish I'd have went a different route.

This has its place if like me you have numerous devices needed for a home theater setup, and the remote is super comfy to hold. But if you are not very tech savvy, and only have 1 or 2 devices needed to control it is not needed. I do not like that you can't individually control a device with the remote though, only "activitys" which are turning on groups of device's such as my "Watch movie activity" turns on my tv, surround sound, media center, and turns off the light. Well if I want to turn back on the light for something, I'm SOL with out ending that whole activity. But it is a good buy regardless i suppose, I just use a dedicated tablet as the remote since the app has much more options

I'm even happier with this now that the Alexa integration has been improved. It has an incredible library of devices. The apps work well . The only thing I would like to see is the ability to have your "favorites " in all activities and on all devices by copying them ( instead of having to create one for each )

I connected alexa to this and can now voice operate my lg oled tv.

I have this remote installed on my living room TV, and another on my Home Theater system. I purchased this particular one for my bedroom to control my cable box (Comcast), TV and Roku. Both me and my nightstand love it. No more fumbling around with 3 separate remotes. Works flawlessly and seamlessly,

Controls most devices and does exactly what I need it to do.

This is the best universal remote I have ever purchased. Super easy and it works with all of my equipment. It is also a ton cheaper than the top of the line remotes that do the same function. I went back and bought 4 more and still spent less on all 5 than just one of the expensive remotes.

I could not get it to work correctly with all of my items. It also blatantly ignored the order that I set for it to turn my devices on, forcing me to watch it turn my PS4 off before it would change the input on my TV. Why? I told it to change the input first MULTIPLE times.

This was a great purchase. After easy setup, I’m able to control my home theater system hands free via Alexa. Walking into my theater and saying “Movie time” and have my home theater system come on plus lights dim and ready to go is great. Love it.

I have a TiVo, Roku 4, and a Samsung blue ray connected to an LG TV. After learning a little about the setup, I was able to fully control all devices. The app is good but the simple remote included works very well. When you start, advise that you go the Logitech harmony web pages to dig in a little.

Solid Harmony remote, IR works fine in a closed cabinet, the extender option works for controlling components outside the cabinet, remote has no display (just so you're aware) the remote has no replaceable batteries so once it's done you're going to have to buy a new one...remote not hub.

Works great once programmed. But, that is the difficult part. Programming is not easy. No simple programming instructions listed. If one searches long enough, you might just find something to help.

My wife and I have side by side TVs with surround sound and multiple consoles and it was a nightmare keeping up with all our remotes. Thanks to this little puppy we no longer have to keep track of them all, our phones are universal remotes that actually work! Very satisfied with our purchase.

WE ALWAYS FORGET ALL OUR REMOTES AT HOME BUT WITH THIS ONE... I THINK I DON'T NEED TO WORRY NO MORE!!!

Having this harmony has made my life so much easier. It's absolutely wonderful to be able to control all of my devices with one remote. I will say the remote could us more space between the numbers/keys. It is a small remote so maybe that's the price you pay for its compact size. As far as the harmony app, it's really not bad but I personally prefer using the physical remote. Sometimes you have to scroll a bit to get the functions you want in the app so it just makes it a time consuming process. However, I absolutely LOVE that you can use Amazon Alexa with Harmony now. It's so nice to say "Alexa, turn on the tv." And voilà! It's on! No need for the app or the remote! Couldn't be happier with my Harmony.

This is my fourth harmony remote and it's by far the easiest to use. Set up took a little effort, but the phone customer service was fantastic to help figure out the issues.

This product is awesome. I no longer need a remote. Just need to make sure to keep my phone charged. Very reliable.
