this has made my life so much easier and installation was hard but got it after 3 hours of researching.

Decided to try this as we have far too many remotes. Set this up in no time through the Logitech Harmony app and works amazingly well. Can control my TV, Surround sound reciever, Apple TV, Bluray Player and Phillips lighting all by using your voice with Amazon Echo or Amazon DOT

The set up for this remote hub was very easy, the software copied my existing set up from my previous Harmony remote. The hub controls everything in my entertainment center without needing to use the blaster.

I love how the hub comes with a universal remote with physical buttons. It's great to use the app to set everything up, but better to have one with buttons I can actually press. I really like how I can setup my whole home theater system in a cabinet, close the doors, and still be able to control all of my devices.

Based on previous experiences with Harmony remotes, I was expecting a lot of activity troubleshooting and having to manually turn on/off my devices, after a few months I have done it once, because my kid was messing with my stereo while the activity was running.

I've added the Alexa app for the Harmony Smart Control to use my Alexa Dot to control the television. It was somewhat challenging to get it setup. I looked at other reviews that suggested downloading the Yonomi app. It helped it all to work seamlessly. The Harmony app didn't. The remote itself doesn't respond very well. There's always a delay to it's response. Often I have to press the buttons several time for it to respond. Using Alexa to control the television is fun and easy. Also, it works nearly every time perfectly.

Very good product, even if you're just buying it for the hub. Works well with Alexa to control your tv/sound system by voice. Remote is very customizable and can control plenty of devices/activities. My only complaint is that it's not backlit so it is hard to use at night.

We had an older Harmony remote with the backlit LCD that we loved except that it was IR only and had to be line of site. The BEST thing about the hub is the remote and smartphone app are both wireless based and don't need to see the components they are turning on! The hub itself and the IR blaster do, of course, need to be near the devices, but who cares when the remote itself can be in another room! AWESOME. Works every time. The new software is also a little better, but I did like that the older software did NOT require a smartphone to finish setting things up all the way as I prefer to do all of it from my laptop.

My mother (who lives in another city) sometimes changes the tv channel instead of the cable box channel. Harmony allows me to connect remotely and control her tv. Perfect.

The remote is great to use with the Apple app. Only problem is the difficulty when running a receiver with your sound. You often have to manually switch the input.

We got this and connected it to our android phones and Google home. Connects everything!

Was fairly easy to set up. A little tricky to setup correct delay with LED TV. Also a web based setup on the computer would be nice, now with that said once it is set up this is an outstanding remote.

Originally bought the Elite remote which was nice, but it was complicated to set up and update the hub. This does all the same stuff but you control everything with the app on our phone or tablet but you also get a 'dumb' companion remote that does the basic stuff.

It was really easy to integrate my Amazon Echo with this remote. That is easily my most favorite feature of this remote. I'm considering purchasing another for my bedroom television.

The hub/app isn't very user friendly. It took me over an hour to set this thing up and it still doesn't do most of what I bought it for. Maybe a couple if tweaks will fix this but it shouldn't be so difficult to figure out.

Easy setup with iOS app, and the hub and simple remote work well. The app needs some work though... When using it to control it is sometimes slow to connect, and freezes, or crashes are not uncommon.

Works extremely well in controlling our devices. Just wish it had RF capability to control other devices such as ceiling fans. All in all, this is something we use every day and have zero regrets purchasing.

This is my second harmony hub remote and I love it. I've had one for my living room setup for about 5 years and it works great, integrates with every device I've paired it with. Works great with alexa with just a little extra setup. The new app makes it even easier to setup.

Easy to setup and simplifies things as it should. Only problem I see I MIGHT have is not controlling enough devices as I add more things. The next model up controls more devices.

Setup was not as user friendly as I hoped, but I have come to expect that from Logitech's remotes. The device itself is user friendly and integrates with Amazon Echo fairly easily.
