Easy to setup and simplifies things as it should. Only problem I see I MIGHT have is not controlling enough devices as I add more things. The next model up controls more devices.

Overall this does what I need but not quite what I want.
From my phone I can control everything and the base can send commands to equipment that the original remotes have a problem with (because of location).
With the included remote, I can control a few things including my Hue lights but there are only 3 "scenes", That means if I want to control more of my A/V setup, I have to use my phone or original remotes. If I have to grab my phone I may as well grab the remote.
With the Echo Dot, there's very limited control. On, off & volume for my setup. Logitech needs to streamline the skills into one and give it more control.

The Smart Control was the best $68 (on sale) I spent at Best Buy this year! Works first time, every time. Logitech support spent over an hour helping and programming it perfectly. No line of site needed. Android devices easy to set up and use. I use tablets and phones. 10 stars!!!

This allowed me to tie several things together (Phillips Hue lights, Sony TV, Xfinity STB, Sonos). Best part is that the hub turns every smartphone and tablet into a remote.

Having quite a time programming. Internet required and software has glitches and slow. Once getting through the frustration of programming units seem to work wonderfully.

Take your old remotes and put them in a drawer to collect dust.

Needs a cell phone or something else...

I use this in combination with my Echo dot, and it works well in that regard. other than adjusting the volume, or pausing a video, the included remote is useless. the cell phone app is really useful, but not as mapable as touchscreen remotes are. I highly recommend getting a set that includes a touchscreen remote. Also, with an 8 device limit, this is lacking. my TV has an HDMI switch and an analog to HDMI switch box. that's 3 devices. I also have a PS2/PS3/PS4 and Wii/Wii U hooked up... that's all my devices. I had to shed some of the devices that the Harmony can power on and control in favor of hooking up new devices.

Used this along with Amazon Echo Dot to control my Television and other items. Pics up your smart devices easily during setup, tv, xbox, BDR players, etc.. Still learning.

I bought this after I learned that it will work with the PS4 now. Unfortunately it can't do much while watching a blu-ray on your PS4 such as play/pause, fast-forward or rewind. Hopefully this changes in a firmware upgrade with Harmony..

I was hesitant to buy this system after experiences I'd had years ago with something similar. But I read that it integrates with SmartThings well, so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did! It was easy to set up, and has worked flawlessly since day one.

A must buy if you hate multiple remotes

So what caused this purchase was because we cut the cable TV and purchased fire TV which would only work with Bluetooth and I got sick of using 5 different remotes just to watch TV. It was more than I wanted to pay but it's worth every penny. Some reviews say it's difficult to set up but it's really not especially if you set it
up with your smart phone. It takes you step by step, all you need is your model number of each piece of equipment that you want to set up to watch TV, blue ray, fire TV, antenna etc... This jewel can handle it
all. It comes with one remote but no need to purchase another, you can use your smart phone as a remote, and you can see your smart phone in the dark. I threw all my other remotes in a box and have never gone back. Again it's worth every penny if you get tired of using multiple remotes, finding the right remote, changing batteries all the time and prefer to make your life easier.

Hookup was a little involved, but once it was working, the hub works good. I'm able to control all my devices with the accompanying remote as well as on my iPhone.

The hub made it possible to connect all my entertainment devices to my echo plus. Spectrum cable was not supported by echo but the hub makes it possible to connect the cable box, tv, and surround sound system to my echo. Easy setup and makes huge diffrence.

I purchased this because I HATE having to use multiple remotes. I looked at other Harmony models but couldn't deal without having number buttons. That just seemed odd to me. This works great and has an IR blaster built in as well as an extra included to get into my cabinet.

I find this remote to meet all my needs and more. It feels great in hand and can control almost anything you throw at it. My only gripe is that it can't control RF. But I knew that going in.
