The remote and hub works nicely for my entertainment system (I have 4 devices). I upgraded from the pre hub harmony remotes and this is much nicer in terms of response times. The lag between clicking an activity and the devices turning on is drastically decreased. My main complaint is that the app seems to under perform compared to the remote. It will lose connection to the HUB where you cannot update the settings, but you are still able to control the devices. In general the APP is too basic. It would also be nice if the HUB could recognize 5.0 GHZ Wifi since most of my devices run on that frequency.

I have bought and recommend theses highly. Integrates with Alexa, SmartThings hub. Sleep timer for all your complicated systems. Controls Bluetooth, not just IR devices.

This is my third remote with the Harmony Hub. The other two are Ultimate Touch remotes. They are all great for consolidating multiple remotes and automating steps to turn on specific components and select the right sources. One thing I did not realize with this model is that there doesn't appear to be an IR emitter on the remote itself. The hub controls everything. All of my TV's are wall mounted with the components hidden elsewhere. Great for the hidden components. Bad for the TV that needs a line of sight signal. Logitech does provide an emitter to connect to the Hub, so there is a solution, but it's somewhat inconvenient.

I'd suggest looking at some YouTube videos and reading threads before buying. Setup is simple enough. Things gets a little harder if pairing with a Fire TV/Stick. Some people have issues when pairing and others don't but take your time and you'll get it.

Logitech Harmony remotes are the best. I bought this to replace my 880 which was running out of gas. I can control my home theater including RF and IR devices, even in a cabinet, including PS and Xbox. The smartphone app means my kids and I have a remote always in easy reach, and the basic remote that comes with this works well but does not have a touchscreen. To me, it's the best remote ever!!

Logitech Harmony remote is not an easy set up but once it is set-up you want be disappointed

I hooked up this Harmony to my Echo and it's been a blast voicing the commands. No problems setting up. I would say the app needs some love but it works really easy.

Set up was a bit involved but it actually works! Controls my tv, reviver, Blu-ray player, Apple TV and connects to my eco dot for voice control.

Works very well. Easy to program yet powerful. No need to use line-of-sight from remote to hub. It would be nice if remote buttons lit up, but that's a minor issue.

Logitech has come a long way. Set up is so much easier than our older.model. Just answer the questions and your done in minutes instead of hours. Remote seems more durable than the older touchscreen, better for kids and teens. Plus the use of tablets or smartphones as remote is wonderful

I had an aging Harmony universal remote which had constant battery issues. They always seemed to need replacing. As I looked for an alternative, I found this device which said it also works with Amazon Alexa. After some basic setup to program in my TV, HRD, surround sound receiver etc.., this works great. When I want to watch tv, I just tell Alexa and all the connected devices turn on and tune to the correct settings. It even turns on my default tv channel. Every once in a while, things get out of sync and I have to reset a component here and there, but overall I am very satified.

I wanted a remote that controlled all my home theater components with ease, and this remote and hub does that and more. Nice to simply hit a button and everything turns on that you need to use. App use is a bonus as well. I highly recommend this.

I replaced another Logitech Harmony remote with this one and I couldn't be more satisfied. Setup was simple and everything is working great. We mostly use the remote that came with the system instead of the iPhone/iPad. Although it is nice to turn on the TV from any room in the house.

The send up takes a little while but the remote works great when it’s done being set up. I use it with Alexa and most commands work

Use this with your Amazon Alexa and you can control any remote based device in your home with just your voice. If you want to have all your components hidden the IR blasters are strong enough to make sure everything gets turned on in proper sequence.

I got this to get rid of the many remotes that I need to deal with when want to watch TV, but is more than that, smart hub can is compatible with all home kits!

I say this is a great system because the companion remote that is included is maybe 4 out of 5 stars. The biggest asset is the hub and being able to use it with your phone/tablet. Really happy with this purchase, especially when it's on sale.

handy device to you if you want to make your home a smart home. convenient to connect multiple devices to be used without having numerous controls scattered around the house. recently google home have made it compatible with the control out of the box.
