Works well. Impressed with the remote. Work said well through the cabinet

I've had Logitech remotes and I really enjoyed switching to this one. Not only was I able to move my settings from my previous Logitech remote but the accompanying app is amazing. I'm able to have access to remote from anywhere in my home.

The remote is well built and feels good in the hand. The hub works great to facilitate control of many devices at once. The ability to place IR sensors behind walls/cabinets is great. NOTE: if you want the next step up check out the Harmony Elite.

no issues so far, it's great. I use it for my tv and sonos play 1 speaker.

This smart hub with basic remote is awesome. I use it to power my Roku Ultra, Samsung TV and Soundbar. Also allows me to use my phone as a remote in case I lose the actual one that comes with it.

Although a complicated setup process - after the hassle, it is an excellent device, capable of controlling your devices even inside a cabinet with the RF remote or from anywhere in the world via the phone app. Got to be patient and somewhat tech savvy to set it up - particularly if you made a mistake grouping devices for a routine (like watch a movie - turning on the receiver, dvd player and the projector (if you have one) for a movie night, or a routine to watch TV, which will turn on your receiver, TV and cable box to whatever channel you preset). Works with Amazon Echo. Worth it.

I purchased this for one reason after I saw that it connects with Alexa and Samsung smart things. Now I can relax and let my voice do the talking. Still adding more commands but it gets better every day. Very satisfied even with out the remote control.

I have used Apple TV for over a year and love not having to find and keep track of a remote . My favorite apple function is the application remote . When I setup my receiver and four other home devices I wanted the same application remote function . This is the way to go! Love it.

I bought this to integrate with Alexa for my TV and cable. Basic integration was easy, but setting it up to change channels by name, like Watch CNN, has not been so easy. It can be done, just prepare to spend some time getting it right.

I built my own home theater because I wanted to save money. However, I was stuck with the problem of having WAY to many remotes. I picked up the Harmony and was completely installed in about 40 minutes on all devices! I would highly recommend this for the budget conscious person!!

Hate that the remote control itself is not backlit. Don't always use my phone as a remote control and the remote should have still been made with backlighting.

Got it working with Alexa and Google Home, able to turn on and off, control volume, and change channel, start Netflix etc with voice.

This remote could not handle my Audio Research Pre-amp. The input selection is a toggle instead of separate buttons, and the HT Bypass function is a separate switch. The main reason for trying this remote was to simplify my home theater/stereo setup. Because the programming is activity based I could never get it configured correctly. My pre-amp is controllable from the logitech database, but the buttons are not correctly assignable.

This is a great product. This my second one. It great remote. When paired with the Alexa it is awesome. You can use voice control to turn on and off and change channels. It very easy to setup you will can put away all your remotes if you buy this

I really like this remote control set up. App works good. The remote that comes with it is very nice and works great. I haven't had it very long but I like the way it works for me.

This is a good remote control, you can now with your smarthphone edit the options, secuences, and many more features. The only problem that i found is when you want to run the troubleshoot when a device didn't turn on, youll have to use your smarthphone.

I tried a different model of the Harmony Remote that reviewed previously hoping for different results. The results were similar so I copied the issues I had with the other. I was really looking forward to having one remote for all my audio/video components. The remote itself is very nice. Setting it up was not a simple task. I'm pretty tech savvy, but this took some time looking up model numbers, entering the information. That was ok, I thought because I should only have to do it once. Not necessarily. My first issue was getting the remote to operate all components in sync the way it was suppose to. Some would turn on and then turn off for no apparent reason. The remote would stop working on particular equipment and have to be re-entered into the remote for some reason. Maybe the most frustrating is that the setup allows you to enter your favorite TV channels with the network logos and everything. Pretty cool, right? Not so much. Often times, you can press a favorite and the remote will get maybe one or two of the channel digits correct and tune the wrong channel. Very frustrating to have to push the favorite button several times before it gets the right channel. On a positive, it is nice to be able to use my iPhone as the remote. It has all the functions of the remote itself on the iPhone app. This second model only programs 8 devices while the more expensive Elite model programs 15.

Not much different than the Harmony Companion. Outside of the dedicated home control buttons it's the same - hub and app are identical. This comes a bit cheaper and is on sale more often so it's a good value. Great functionality and consistent.
