The dual capable remote ( phone and small remote) is the best thing about this system

I bought this to be able to control my tv, bose sound bar, apple tv and my cable box with my voice by using Amazon Alexa. It works 90% of the time, but you have to be very specific on which commands you use, otherwise it will ignore your command.

Programming the included remote or programming your smart phone, set up was easy and painless. It’s so cool to be able to control pretty much everything I have in my home theater from my iPhone 8 Plus via my home’s WiFi Network.

Love the Logitech remotes with hub. Works well and easy to set up. Best part is you can just use your smart phone as the remote.

Great product! Works with Alexa to control my media room wit h simply voice commands. Set up was easy! I would recommend Harmony to anyone looking to get rid of multiple remotes. An added benefit is being able to use my phone as a remote!

I like that fact that the remote itself is simple. the option to use the phone for more detailed button assignment is great. So far I really like the remote and how it works

I've had a few remotes from Logitech and they've all worked relatively well but this product is a complete and utter failure. It's very rare that it works the way it's supposed to turning on all of my devices at one time with the click of one button. This remote is rechargeable, which I thought would be a good idea given how many batteries I went through with the previous remote . Now after only a few charges I can't get the remote to charge at all. I'm returning to the Best Buy as soon as I can .

I liked this product, I was able to connect all my devices like receiver, projector, roku, blu ray player etc. Initially I used the my PC to configured the remote but once its done it is really easy to use. My kids are able to use it with ease.

This remote is awesome. I can control everything in my home theater system easily. The hub allows you to do more complex functions on a tablet or smart phone, which is nice. It also controls Bluetooth devices like the PS3, Wii, Amazon fireTV, and more. Only a few cons: it can be quirky and turn on/off random things, and I wish there were more function buttons on the remote (there are 3: watch TV, watch a movie and listen to music. But you can have 6 technically, with short press/long press on each button). Overall I’m very happy with this remote

I love the convenience of being able to change channels & control volume from a distance and not having to point control to tv, as well as controlling tv with this control by having the tv box in cabinet with doors closed.

It is a great way to consolidate remotes yet retain as much of the functionality of the individual remotes. You can program the simple remote however you want. A if you want full functionality, you can use the app on your phone or tablet.

Remotes already make things easy-- paired this with Alexa, I'm lovin' life-- just speak everything-- like tv on-- tv off-- channel this or that--LOVE IT!!!

The product is Awesome. The ability to control your entertainment center from anywhere in the house is a huge advantage. The simple remote that the unit comes with is also great as I find myself using that all the time. It's pricy but once you have it you will love it.

This is the second Logitech remote I have used and by far, the best. Setup was super easy since I already had a remote programmed. I logged in and had it copy old settings to new remote. Works perfectly inside entertainment center with closed doors.

I purchased this as my google home and android tv weren't fully integrated so harmony is able to fill that gap and get everything set up for voice. Setup was easy and it had been working flawless for several months now

Love the way this set up connects several things in the push of a button. Feel like watching a movie, 1 button turns on my tv to the blu-ray setting, turns on the player and the sound bar system. Love it!

I was skeptical about the system when I first bought it, I was not sure it was going to meet my needs and the salesman said I should hire the geeks to set it up as it is difficult. I took it home and was done programming in less than an hour. It is a fantastic unit!

I am old school, but was tired of looking for, finding, and then using 5 different remotes to operate my audio/visual system. Logitech Harmony Smart Control was the answer to my problem. This product exceeded my expectations - in everyway.

This is a great remote for a media room, because it is easy to set up and run all of your electronics. The IR mini blasters are only 10' long, so if receiver is in another room, it might be wise to purchase an IR extender if you want your remote to turn on you TV.
