This smart hub works with Alexa voice commands. It is a great way to go hands free. I set it up my TV and sound bar!

Purchased this remote to facilitate the move of my U-Verse and Apple TV to another room for a wall mounted TV. The remote and app both function flawlessly when switching between devices and keep my wall clean and clutter free.

Bought this to replace a Harmony 880 that I'd had for years that was on its last legs. Easily transferred setup from old to new device. Missing a few features that I'd like to have, especially a backlight for buttons. Hard to use in a dark room. The solution, of course, is to use the iPhone app that can communicate with the Smart Control. The app is definitely a work in progress. Some mysterious icons that take a bit of getting used to, but it does the job. Much better than the unlit remote. I'm mostly happy with it. The app has lots of customization features that I need to investigate. Overall I'm fairly pleased.

I replaced four remote controls with this device. I am using this to control my fire TV, Samsung sound bar, TV and optimum's cable box.

I didn't get that deep into it but from what I could tell, this remote did not do much more than any other remote control app that you can download on your phone...for free. It actually came with its own app that does just that. The remote itself actually seemed to be a redundancy of the app. The remote no longer uses the digital display and I don't believe it had functions you could program. The old harmony remotes did; you could set it to turn on and adjust specific equipment depending on what you were doing. The new one just doesn't seem to be worth it. I sent it back.

Great device to control multiple devices and works well with Alexa. Simple direct commands work best so be patient and you'll be happy with it.

I'd been wanting this for some time so when it went on sale I got it. When it works it's great but sometimes it gets messed up and will turn everything ON instead of OFF or visa versa. And I can't seem to use it to it's full potential. Either I'm not so smart or the instructions are not clear and I've found it difficult to understand. I'd give it a higher rating if someone could better explain how to use/ program it. I think it'd be GREAT!

It's is great at what it does do, it connects with the Alexa and I can control most of my tv thru the Alexa but I was under the assumption that I could completely control my DVR thru Alexa with it and I can't get to any of my recordings, it will turn off/on, Change channel, pause, play, sometimes fast forward or volume! It is a great product but just be sure it is compatible with your decided and does exactly what you want before you get it

We dealt with 5 remotes for a year. No more Geek sq installed. Great job.

This was easy to setup and enables me to coordinate all my equipment turning on/off, with a single selection. The IR works great for not having to stand in front of the TV, I can be in the kitchen or anywhere. Highly Recommendable.

This hub and remote works great. Occasionally I have to re- run the activities for them to work fine. But all in all a great product.

Works like a dream. Set up the app for your phone and you don't need the remote. It's super intuitive and works great for us through 3 walls to our projector in a separate room! Perfection. So good the wife can use it, lol!

This is my first Harmony device and it has made switching activities seamless. I'm not sure about other people but a lot of my guests aren't tech savvy at all and this remote made explaining how to do what they wanted to do easy.

I'd recommend this product, and Best Buy had the best price

Bought this to replace my old Harmony One, which I liked, but would not control the Comcast X1 box I just switched to. The Smart Control was easy to set up, and the online interface is quick and easy. Smart phone & iPad apps are ok, but are very basic visually. I use it to control: TV, Roku 3, the X1 box, Yamaha A/V receiver, and Sony Bluray player. Unfortunately, it will not control the Bluray. While some might say 4 out of 5 isn't bad, it doesn't quite cut it in this circumstance.

I now own 2 of these units and am planning on buying two more. The remote and app combo work great and is super easy to setup. I added Alexa voice control and now control my family room and home theater. It's nice having one button or a voice command get everything done and not having to pull out three remotes to make the tv, soundbar, and input source work together. It should be simple, and this makes it so. I can tell Alexa "Turn on listen to music" and play anything you can think of via bluetooth to my soundbar. I can say Alexa "Turn on apple tv" and it will all change up to apple tv, and the remote works with all of my peripherals. My junky setup upstairs feels archaic because we lost our tv remote and have to actually walk to the tv to change the input. How awful is that?!

I liked the price and the fact that it would work with iOS devices. It was not obvious which Logitech app worked with this device; it took aa few days to get it right. The small multifunction controller ended up being our primary controller since it is so handy and well programmed. Setting up options was easy after doing my homework to know my component model numbers. The Bluetooth connection with the IR control head means we never have to point at the components to control them since the IR is mounted behind us and high so it sees everything well. The app works but the supplied controller is sufficient for all but special selections on some components and selecting one of the 50 favorite channels.

I like the simplicity of this model, no touch screen, less buttons. With that in mind, it’s still very capable. You can set up sequences so 1 press can trigger your TV, soundbar, streaming device.
