I have 2 of these. I bought the 2nd to make everything much easier for my wife to operate everything. Can't say enough good about these. I also bought my son and son in law one. That should say enough about how much I like it.

I have it set up to work with Alexa and it works great. All I have to do is tell Alexa to turn on the television and it’s done. The remote is pretty easy to use without a bunch of extra buttons.

Had some trouble with setup but after the setup was completed it works great.

Great gift idea for those that have everything. The technology is amazing.

This remote is perfect for what I needed in my bedroom, controls my Roku, cable box & TV & the app makes programing & customizing simple. Great price also, would buy again & for other rooms

For he price you cannot find a better hub. It has a slight learning curve, but works wonderfully and the Smartthings tech support is fantastic.

This is my second purchase of a Harmony smart control system. I loved the first one so much that I had to get another for our basement. It works with all my different systems - tv, apple tv, receiver, blu-ray, etc.

The remote is very easy to set up. There were reviews that said they had to reconnect it every time they used it. I have had no problems with it connecting. I bought it so my phone would control it, but am more pleased with the remote that came with it.

I've had 2 older Harmony remotes, but they were nothing in comparison to the Hub. Everything works correctly and you're not constantly having to "fix" the turning your devices on/off and changing to the right input/source.

If you have to aim your infrared remote control "just so" before your TV or stereo recognizes a button press, this system is the solution. Place the transmitter in a good location and the supplied remote uses your home wifi network to recognize your button presses and then send them to your receiver. The Harmony Hub can also be activated by voice commands to Alexa and Google Assistant. The ideal situation for this product is to eliminate multiple remote controls when you have a TV and sound bar from different manufacturers. (Or attached stereo amp, etc.) I would not recommend this product to people who are uncomfortable with technology or are impatient.

Have one in very room! I love it!! It makes Operating more than one component so easy with its macro-commands. Great product! Take your time installing as it can be tricky!

This device is great alone, but even better with Alexa.

This product works quite well once it is set up. My initial setup was straightforward, however, I eventually could not log into the website to modify my remote's configuration. The app was also not able to communicate with the Logitech servers. The only solution I could find and that the rep suggested was to create a new account with a different email address. That seems to have solved the issue. Making the remote work with my devices correctly took some trial and error, but once I figured it out, everything worked in "Harmony". Setup difficulties aside, this product is very nice to have.

The iOS app running on the iPad is great, if you're willing to use your iPad as a remote. The little baby remote included is fine as well, although the mixing of FF and Skip Forward / Rewind and Skip Backward is annoying and doesn't work anywhere near as well as you'd want. Voice integration with Alexa, though, is a complete joke. In theory, it works. In reality, it is so hokey (Alexa gets easily confused) and so slow ("Alexa, pause" takes f..o..r..e..v..e..r for example) that it's not worth the effort to set it up.

Very nice item that does exactly as advertised. I usually have to call a friend when taking on new tech. but with the help of You Tube and the owners guide I had it working in no time. VERY NICE FUNCTIONAL ITEM.

This allowed me to go from 4 remotes down to one, and setup was a breeze! Most of my devices were found automatically, some I just had to type in the model. Everything works perfectly, no issues here!

I liked how this worked with an IPhone but came with a separate remote.
