If you have multiple devices connected to your TV or display this is simply a must. It's a hole different new world. I can't leave without my Harmony anymore and Alexa make it so much great. Go buy it, you won't regret.

Takes a little work to get everything set up just right but works well overall and it's great using voice to control everything.

Easy set up, very little included instructions. I had to google and youtube it through but still not bad and its exactly what I needed

easy to program, only problem was that on the remote doesn't have a skip, the fast forward acts as the skip and you can only use it for 30 seconds at a time

Way better than my previous harmony remote that got destroyed. Was even able to use my harmony settings from old remote for an easy setup. Was a little tricky to connect hub/tablet/echo but got it figured out.

New house had closed cabinet. Must open cabinet door to use equipment. With this single remote control my equipment even with door closed.

This remote controls all of my devices seamlessly and without effort. Very good interface on the iPhone. Wished set up could be easier.

this unit made life much simpler. do not have to have so many remotes

Purchased the Logitech Harmony Smart remote and couldn't be happier, works great, just migrated all my settings from my previous harmony remote. Love that I can control my things with my Alexa!! Highly recommend!!!

I got this to run the Vizio TV, Roku, Insignia soundbar, and Sony DVD player in my master bedroom. The DVD player and Roku are in the master closet on the other side of the wall from the TV/Roku/Soundbar. I stuck the IR blaster on the bottom center of the TV between the soundbar and TV. The Harmony Hub, which acts as another blaster, is setting on top of the DVD player. All items function as if I were using the original multiple remotes. I like the ability to program each and every button on the remote and not having to find the right point direction of the remotes at each device. I'd recommend this setup to anyone using a Roku or Fire TV (I used to have Fire TV's when I first got the remote/hub).

Have had touch screen remotes in the past, but this remote is simple. It carries the pattern of a directv remote so learning curve is quick. Fits well in the hand and is not bulky. Runs off a battery. No base charger.

This is a must have component in any multi component system like TV & Surround & direct TV and Stream player and other items that need to be switched to the proper inputs when selecting what you want to do.

This remote was easy to program and worked with all of my home theater components. Had to order another set of IR impeders to control all of my components.

I have had a number of Harmony remotes over the years and love them. This unit works great in my system and works 'thru the wall' for me which was very important since my equipment is hidden in a closet. I like it better than my DirecTv remote. It was also much cheaper than the other RF Harmony remotes. It connected with all of my equipment save on... I cannot get it to connect to my FireTV box or else this would be perfect and I would give it 5 stars. It should connect but seems to have some issue. I would definitely recommend this!

Purchased this during Black Friday on sale. Easy setup and somewhat intuitive operation. I mostly purchased it to control my TV even though I do have Hue Lights. Does what it's intended to do. Would recommend to others.

The software makes setting the remote up a breeze, but the remote just doesn't work very well, or at least with my equipment. I have several Harmony remotes throughout the house and bought this one for its apparent simplicity, but that is its downfall. The TV kept coming up in the wrong input mode and the soundbar wouldn't come on at all. The lack of a help button made it quite annoying the fix issues. I ended up returning it!

It replaces all other remotes. Very easy to operate.

I was able to set up the remote without any major issues. I haven't really used it much yet but was happy with it when I did.
