Remote and hub work great for all my devices. Set up is a little tricky for some things but it’s worth the time. I like all of the button customization options. It makes things super convenient.

This remote does everything it says it can. I’d buy another one if this one gets lost or breaks.

This is The second one we have bought, the first one had been dropped too many times and the battery would not stay in place.

This is a phenomenal remote it's easy to program and easy to use misplaced the remote thats fine use your phone works great to annoy your loved ones and change the channel on them without even belong in the room

Best Harmony I've had. I prefer the smaller remote. Hooked up my Hue lights as well. My AV receiver has always had trouble getting the right Video input so I added a hot key to scroll through these if needed.

Absolutely the best remote I’ve ever used! Works with all of my electronics!! First time I’ve ever had a remote that controls everything! Can even control my lights through Amazon Echo and Philips Hue!

It takes a while to set up and learn how it works but its so easy to configure and use once you have it down. I bought it to use with google Home and works every time. I would just like more commands within IFTT.

This hub helps connect many home theater devices to a smart home system. Programming can be challenging for some, but after initial setup it is an excellent system for controlling both old and new equipment.

The hub controls everything, and setting it up via the app and syncing via the app is good...just have to think in step by step. But the devices database it'll connect to is huge!

I have purchased two logitech harmony all in ones in the past and my family has broken both screens on them and logitech has no option except to spend another $300. So I tried this one, it is great. They do not have to touch my remote as they can use their own smartphone. I like that it connects through wifi so you don't have to point it at the devices, but the signal from the box does not always reach the TV, I believe I need another one of the small signal senders. Great and cheaper alternative though. Not the easiest set up for sure, but I am tech savvy.

Set up was complete with 5 macros in less than 15 minutes. You may have to play a little with the placement of your IR blaster and hub but the system works and costs a fraction of what a custom installer will charge.

The harmony remote works flawlessly with my pioneer receiver and cisco cable box and PS3. I can even use the remote through the menu of the ps3 to play movies, pause, rewind, etc. it does all the functions on my cisco dvr and has one touch "watch tv" and "watch movie (PS3)" buttons. So easy my 3 year old knows how to turn it on. The app on the other hand has some issues connecting. I have to restart the app and it always goes through this "connecting" screen. it's on an ipad2 so didn't know if that makes a difference. Overall pretty awesome product

The set up took a while, but is worth it to have only one remote and not having to point it at the devices.

The system was very simple to setup. The only disappointing moments were during setup of my Sonos Playbar. Once that was worked out - it has been great.

Once you call Logitech and they help you through the setup this is a great remote. The only issue I have with it is it is not backlit.

I've had several Harmony remote controls and this one is far better than those. Additionally the smart phone app is very convenient.
