Setup is quick and easy with the free Harmony App on iPhone/iPod/iPad and Android. Just enter device information as prompted and in 15 minutes your whole home theater is good to go! Operation is as simple as selecting "Watch TV" or "Watch BluRay". I set this up to control a 47" Toshiba, Sony BluRay, Scientific Atlanta cable box and a Bose system in less than 15 minutes. An excellent buy if you ask me. The only downfall is that if for any reason one of the devices gets out of sync with the others it's a pain to find the original remote and get it back in sync.

I mainly for this for the hub so the remote to me is just a bonus. The hub has gotten a lot better with a bunch of firmware updates. I got this with the echo on a bundle sale and they both work surprising well together. I use the remote for a spare because the lack of devices and help button. Guess I've gotten used to them with my other harmony remotes. There are some work arounds for these buttons but they're not very convenient. But I got the remote included for the price of just the hub so I can't complain.

It is great to be able to control our electronics with my phone.

Got this on sale for $50, this is my 2nd one for my secondary system. Paired this with Alexa, and I can tell Alexa to turn on TV system and smart light bulb to 30% brightness.

First of all, I have installed about a dozen or more Logitech Harmony remotes, and this version of the Logitech Harmony family is the best one for the price point. For someone who just wants a simple remote that turns everything on the correct input, with out the "frills" of a touch screen. (by the way, all of the touch screen commands on the Elite, and others can be found on the phone app) The main difference between this remote, and the Home Companion is the missing Home Control buttons. With these, available on the Companion and Elite, you can turn on and off outlets and switches.

I have this connected to Google Home Mini and it is nice just to tell it to turn on the music system, a movie with the surround sound system or DTV. The remote works great with the TV and components.

When we got our new TV we had to use 5 different remotes to work everything. With the Harmony we only need 2 now. We like that depending on what we want to do the remote turns off what we don’t need.

Great remote set up, for family with smart phones, Control hardware is with entertainment system, so no lost remotes and very low chance for damage.

It’s awsome having a hub for my remote. Before I would have to hold my remote in awkward positions so it would communicate. Now none of the matters, remote works regardless of what is in the way.

Not too bad for Logitech, took some tweaking to get everything in the entertainment center synced. Works with Echo pretty good.

The Harmony Hub is the perfect companion for the Elite/950 Harmony remote. It allows for control of the Apple TV 4K and the Amazon Fire 4K as well as all your IR sensor equipped devices.

Vastly simplified my AV setup. I have some devices directly plugged into TV HDMI, some plugged into an off-brand external HDMI switch. Harmony Hub was easy to program (even had the codes for my HDMI switch), so now I can just push a button and TV inputs / HDMI switch inputs all go to the right place. IR transmitters were also good. The Hub itself transmits to everything in my cabinet (which is in a corner to the side of the room), and the secondary IR transmitter (with an extension cord that I ran through my wall ducts) controls the TV itself. Also bought one for my parents, who had their own set of issues switching to Apple TV with the weird remote on their old Mitsubishi DLP, and that has become a breeze.

I connect with my Amazon alexa work pretty good !! Remote sometime not connect to the hub !!

I love my Harmony Remote. It's easy to use, works perfectly and I got it at a great price. The Best Buy price was the same as Amazon and I could pick it up the same day. What's not to like.

I needed a new universal remote. Had a Harmony remote which was wearing out after six years of heavy usage. Saw this one on sale and decided to buy it. Works very well with the remote, not so much through the Amazon Echo voice control. I can only get it to turn on the TV or other programed startup devices. I haven't been able to change channels or the volume by voice commands. Also, you have to turn off the system to switch to a new activity like from watching Cable TV to watching Roku.

Bought this on sale during deal of the day. Works great and love how the smart control even works with my firestick

This is ideal for small home theater setups. If you have too many devices it can get a little tricky managing everything though. If a device didn't switch inputs correctly then you need to pull out your phone or a different remote to fix it or have custom buttons set for each device for fixing common issues. I use one in the basement and one in the bedroom which are only 3 device setups each. My main home theater uses the touch screen version since its easier to control all the devices.

With more smart devices entering the household it was time to update the old harmony 650 IR to something a little smarter. Takes a bit to get all programming setup, but awesome once you're done.

Very easy to set up! It controls everything from one app or from the remote. The app is great since I don't have to find my remote and I can even control my hue lights when I'm ready to watch a movie.
