Takes some time to set up but very easy to use. My only issue is that sometimes the programs don't work on the first try.

Needs refinement on the app. Cat rearrange all devices in the order i would like them, only the main 2 which is worthless.

I had a harmony remote for years before one of of soft keys went out. Great price for updated model to replace original.

I bought this as replacement of my old Harmony remote that stopped recharging after some years. Very happy about it. Much better than the previous one I had. I'm not using it as hub though....

Updating my home automation to a newer technology that worked with Google Home. The device does work and so far is reliable. The reason for the 4 stars vs 5 is the lack of flexibility when programming the IR system. You have to use a Android/iOS application. Logitech use to have a self installed Windows application on my older device or a full featured web application would help. I want to import/export settings and have just a little bit more flexibly in how/when each devices IR is triggered.

I will not lie - this took a bit of trial an error to set up. However I was integrating not only our home entertainment devices, but also our living room lighting to create the best scenes for watching movies. The result was a great way to let Alexa know we were about to enjoy the best home experience you can get, and she would issue commands to the Harmony to turn TV on, set the right HDMi input, turn the Apple TV on, turn soundbar on, dim lights, and start Netflix!

Great remote to control all of your entertainment devices.

Took a little bit to get it to set up. Wanted to customize buttons on the remote and it does a pretty good job of allowing you to do that.

Product works the same as the hew version because hub was updated for free able to control so much tv, lock, lights and more

This is my 3rd logic smart remote over the past 12 years and always love them, not that the break I just keep upgrading

These are just great. This is my second one for another room. So easy to setup to work the way you want it to. The app means no searching for the remote however, the remote is just as comfortable to use.

Overall, I got what I expected from this remote after reading the previous reviews. It works as advertised and controls everything, including a PS3! Setup was difficult. Tried using the phone app to setup but the remote hub would never connect to the wifi. When I finally tried the setup using our laptop, it worked. Wish the buttons were backlit. The remote feels great but it does take time to get used to the new button layout from our old remote. Overall I'd recommend the remote but make sure people understood the minor issues.

I bought this as a gift for my disabled father. He was able to operate both his TV and Cable box by voice - which was exactly what he needed. EXCELLENT product!

I could not get a good line of site to all of my devices. Have some RF and some IR and could not get it working for everything. Took it back. Otherwise it would have been awesome

It works! WiFi cool! And, software updates very smooth.

Bought this since my lab puppy loves to destroy our remotes. This makes your smartphone a remote thus eliminating the risk. Very easy to set up especially if you had a harmony remote prior.

I liked it so much I bought another one, plus one for my parents. Then I got brother to buy one. It replaces every controller: TV, Comcast, PS3, Wii, HDMI Switch Box, Stereo. A must have if you have a lot of controllers.

I have the elite which I use in my living room and wanted to get this for my den. It works well but it does not allow you to assign smart home controls (lights) to any of the buttons. The only other thing it doesn't have is a help button. I use the app on my cell phone to fix any issues when it gets out of sync. I picked this up when it was on sale for less than what it was to just get the hub. I have both harmony hubs synced up with echo and the philips hue and they work well.

The harmony hub is the most responsive harmony remote I've ever owned. The remote that comes with it is also very simple and makes using it a pleasure with the nvidia shield as well as directv.
