Love it. Used it to IR extender and it works great

Love this remote. Integrates with all of my devices, programming is easy and have tied this into Alexa as well. Wouldn't go without having a harmony remote anymore.

This remote is exactly what I was looking for!!!!!

There is NO IR function from the remote. Not being able to control your TV from your new remote is idiotic. I have found that you can run an emitter back to the TV from the Blaster Hub to control it. However, if you are going to have to run IR emitters to the TV, you are better off getting a better programmable remote and a separate repeater. I would have given this 1 star, but the hub and app work well. Not taking into account the lack of IR functionality, I would give this combo 4.5 stars.

I have purchased quite a few remotes trying to find a user friendly one and, thank you, I found it. I liked the ease of using this one so much that I bought another as a gift. Am I considered a smarty? You bet!!

This is a pretty cool accessory to have if you own multiple A/V equipment. It works great with the Xbox One, 360 and PS3. It does not turn on the PS4 (disclaimer by Logitech) but other than that works fine. There are some incompatibility issues between Samsung TVs, Onkyo AVRs and this remote control/smart hub.Logitech should update the software of their remote controls in order to solve some of the issues that these two brands have when using Harmony remote control products.

Have tried to configure/setup several times. Still not functioning right. Have several other Logitech remotes and had no problems. This was a waste of time and energy.

As a previous owner of a Logitech Harmony remote I was intrigued with the possibility of adding the ability to control my various remote devices (TV, Roomba, etc.) through my smart home controls. After a bit of a learning curve and some fine turning I've been pleasantly surprised to have everything controlled well by my Alexa devices and my smarthome controller. My smart TV displays the household calendar or current radar on command. And my house vacuums itself every day as soon as we leave the house. Success!

Perfect for my needs! Paired with all five devices with ease and works great. I like how you could program power sequences with devices to come on together as well. Awesome product!!!

This Logitech Harmony Smart Control works great for controlling all of our components including Roku.

I say most cause all the sound equipment, blue ray, receiver, amazon cube are located in a cabinet. unfortunately the Samsung TV for some reason needs to have the blaster outside the cabinet to work and my wife does not like the look of that so I still need the tv remote to turn the tv off and on. setup takes a while and some patience but works well once all that is done

I was upgrading from a Harmony remote (680 I believe) and that one had a screen on the remote with update features via the harmony computer app. It was failing. The buttons were messed up and at times it mixed up the programmed set ups. This one is flawless every time. The remote has a nice contour, and feels nice in your hand. The receiver is tiny and hides itself well. I can control everything from this remote, and the app for my phone works flawlessly as well. My whole family has downloaded the app so losing the remote is no problems now. It gives me much peace to know my wife and kids can easily navigate the system she had trouble with before.

Love the Harmony Remote - I have mine integrated with Amazon Alexa through a Samsung smartthings hub and can simply tell Alexa to turn on either my Fire TV or Cable TV. It is a great remote.

Makes it easy to use and easy to set up multiple device options. I use it with Alexa where I just say play Xbox and my lights,tv input and Xbox are on without pressing any buttons.

Works well, A little difficult to set up, not all button on remote show up Ipad Much better than having 6 remotes

Works exactly as I want and has great Amazon Alexa integration if you have an echo, dot etc I just talk to turn on and off my tv when entering the room and it does the rest

Good entry level smart remote. Set up is kind of complicated but works great with Alexa

This is so easy to setup and them program your equipment - it literally walk you through the whole process via the App ; connected a receiver , DVD , TV and apple TV and music

This is my second smart remote from Logitech in 3 years, yes they improved a lot, the setup was little tricky, but once figured it, everything went smooth, I care less about iPhone app, but the simple remote comes with this is awesome and works great. I control my Yamaha AVR, ROKU, APPLE TV,Blu ray and TV with this remote. I spent countless hours with HDMI ARC before settling on this smart remote ,Price is little high considering the feature set but there is no good competitor to Logitech on this area.
