From start to finish, about 15 minutes to set up. Since I already had a Harmony One remote, all the commands/devices were copied from my account and it went seamlessly. I highly recommend this product.

It took a while to get set up. I still have issues with it not switching to the correct input. Most of the time it seems to work just fine

I got this to work with my Echo and the setup was pretty simple and now I can control with my voice.

This is my third Harmony remote. I've stuck with this brand because of its quality products. Once again they've exceeded my expectations. Great job Logitech!!

This is a great product. Once setup everyone had a control as long as they had their phones or iPad. If not they could still use the remote itself. Great product... Have referred it to several friends.

Impressive remote with powerful features, let down by a clunky and unintuitive interface. Works very well with a TV with dedicated SmartTV buttons (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.), but most of the activities don't work properly when paired with the Samsung TV interface. Add a Roku or other streaming box if you want full functionality here. Also works with Amazon Echo voice controls, though again, the implementation is far from straightforward.

I saw a Youtube video on how to get Alexa to operate your media devices and this harmony was at the center. Set up was simple and I had everything up and running in 30 mins.

This remote works well with my Vizio TV, Xbox one, cable box, Yamaha receiver, Nintendo Switch, and other devices. Doesn’t work well with Ps4, but that’s not a deal breaker.

I bought this to replace my old 650. This is a great remote. I use it thru Alexa and it works great. I actually like the simplicity of the remote. Straight forward buttons.

Could not get some of the exponents of the television and the sound bar to operate. BB wanted to charge $250 to send someone out to program. Returned it.

The Harmony hub is a great product. It can set up with an Amazon Dot, allowing you to voice control most things that use a remote. The only limit is that it can only control 8 unique items. I have communicated with tech support at Logitech, and the higher end hub and remote combos can add a few additional items. Be sure to do your homework before purchasing. Once you throw in Hue Lights, or Sonos Speakers this set up hits its limits quickly.

My daughter can now play with and lose as many of the old remotes as she wants! One remote has done it all and even if I can find that one my iPhone is always in hand. Great buy!

Easy set up. Works well with our 4k Toshiba TV, cable, Soundbar and took a bit but works with our Xbox too. Also linked to our Amazon Echo. Finally a true universal remote!

After set up, the included hub is working great for Smart Control with a Google Home. I definitely suggest buying this instead of the Hub only. It's like getting the remote free or for a couple of bucks. Then if you ever have a need for a remote, you have it. The set up will require patience, first because you may be in a learning curve and secondly because it just takes some time and you may encounter a bump or two in the road along the way. I did have to call Harmony support and they were absolutely great with the information I needed in a clear, concise manner. Very happy with this purchase.

I can control my TV with my voice. How cool is that. Allows you to control multiple devices with one verbal command and replaces multiple remotes with the included remote.
