Using it for simple set up of DirectTV, a Samsung smart TV and a Blu Ray. Lots of delay between the devices when switching activities.

We love it because no matter how many new electronics we bring home, we can have a spare remote. We don’t typically use the physical remote, mostly the app.

This is the first truly all in one remote. It even controls the PS3, which makes it simple for this technologically challenged spouse to change between TV and movies without using multiple remotes.

This remote does a wonderful job of replacing several units in my home. The nice part is also being able to control my home theatre with my phone.

Easy to install. Works great out of the box. Paired with google home and you have voice control for your entertainment system. Great for philips hue owners as it works.

Works with all my devices, but I will say that set up for remote can take a while. App works well

I bought this Hub mainly for use with the Echo and Alexa. I can honestly say that the voice technology is extremely useful when I first walk downstairs or up for bed. It is also beneficial while I am cooking and have dirty hands to change channels, change volume, or any other commands. I only gave 4 stars because I originally had quite an issue with the setup and recognization of my tv. Good product and very useful with the Echo.

It is an excellent product and does what need to do. It is very easy to use. You can setup more than one in your Logitech account. I have two of them and was ssssoooo easy to setup.

Will help reduce the amount of remotes to keep up with and look forward to trying Alexa with it.

Imported control preferences from an older remote automatically, intuitive design, sturdy basic remote to go with the free smartphone app just in case a customer gets lost. Excellent product.

I have a home theater and all my components are in a closet. I am able to access all my components with the hub. It's very nice to have a physical remote. However, it is very basic and if you program buttons and forget what you programmed them to, you might hit the wrong button. I was able to upgrade to the touch remote and it syncs great. I can also control it with my Echo dot. Buying another for my living room this weekend!

I own 2 of these remotes. The small simple remote works well and is very configurable. The ability to control it with a smart devices usage said great as well. If I had anissue, it would be the limit on devices. I'm not sure why they do that, and it's not likely to affect most users, butifyouhave a complex HT setup, it's worth noting. they are still pushing out updates for this year's after it came out, which is nice.

This is a nice compact size and works well. The charger take up much less space than our old Harmony.

The s remote works pretty well. A few hickups setting it up but not as bad as it was in the past.

Great remote, especially if you don't want to spend $350 on the Harmony Ultimate. Once set up the remote works flawlessly. I can do all the navigation I need to with the included remote and only on occasion need to use my phone to access a specific control (usually on my receiver). When I first set it up I did have some issues connecting to my Wi-Fi but discovered the issues was with my router firmware not being up to date and not with this product. I can't speak to the set up of this remote as I already had an older Harmony remote so I just transferred all my information. However the transfer of information from the old Logitech Harmony Remote to the new MyHarmony system was flawless.

After numerous attempts to set up the LCD TV, cable DVR and soundbar, the Logitech smart control now appears to have synced properly with my programming attempts. Initially I was having issues with the soundbar switching audio settings, I believe on its own, but the smart control app allows for command delays and this ultimately seemed to work. 4 stars for the app. Editing or modifying settings was sometimes frustrating.

The Harmony Smart Control is a FULL featured remote, that controls all my equipment (Insignia flat screen, Yamaha receiver, Sony BluRay, Amazon Fire Stick, Roku, XM receiver). I tried the Harmony 650 first, but there were too many buttons and it was confusing switching back and forth between functions and activities on that little screen. The Smart Control's remote is small and sleek and perfect - we highly prefer it over the 650. It also has full functionality for all my stuff, although the android app is a steep learning curve (but lots of help online). Got on sale for $70, a great buy-very satisfied.

Harmony is the best way to control all your devices with one control, and the best thing is now you don't need to point the control to the device because of the hub.

Excellent remote for what I was trying to do. After my home it was more home for a little cost

When this is paired with the Amazon Echo it's great. All I have to do is say "Alexa, watch TV" and it's on. Or it will take me right to Roku or video games. It's great but there is a downside...it makes me lazy because now I never look for remotes. I get zero steps for lost remotes. Also, you can program the remote that comes with it for one touch setups. Press one button and it goes straight to Roku or TV. Very easy to use.
