Its a good product once you get it properly set up with all your devices.

Whether it's my iPad or my phone, my remote is always we me! We have had friends over and they asks about and then can't wait to get their own Harmony remote-love it!

This smart control has vest list of devices in DB. So, you can connect any device and it will automatically detect and connect without any issue. Very good product.

Simple remote. Simple setup. After memorizing what keys do on long presses works great. Not being rechargeable, I don't know how long the battery will last on the remote.

Works pretty good with Alexa. I am able to turn the tv in and off, switch inputs by voice.

Strongly recommend this if you are looking for an universal remote which can work with Alexa!

we use it for a outdoor tv and the cable box is indoor I was told it would do "IR" as well need to take the time to see if that part will work I don't think it will just need that part to tv on but I can hit the button as well so the best buy people don't know everything so asking question doesn't always pays off because they tell you what you want to here to make the sale sometimes but still does what I want

It works with Alexa is a big plus. The graphics on the app are basic and it would be nice if they would do something about that. Should be able to handle more devices. I have been able to get everything working, Just need to figure out how to fine tune somethings like turning off my Benq projector. The off button needs to be hit twice and for some reason when I set this up by importing from my old remote that didn't take.

I purchased this product to integrate it with my Amazon Echo. Set up is easy. It was walks you through the process. I can now control my TV with my Amazon Echo.

I bought this set when it went on sale as a second unit in the bedroom (First unit is in the living room). I like the remote well, the only thing I wish they would add is a feature to fix an activity if it did not start properly like the 650 units. Other than that I like it and I like how it interfaces with google home. I use voice command to start my TV startup and Nvidia shield startup

Basic programming straight forward but not powerful enough to do anything past the basics.

Great deal for the price, considering the hub alone is morebexpensive.

To be able to control everything with one remote is amazing. It was kind of a pain to get 100% set up to my liking but now that it's all set up it's awesome.

It also works with Alexa so it is wonderful addition to my old entertainment system.

I hold in high regard devices that further the home 'operating system' of my house. Integral to this is voice automation through Alexa. My TV supports a great deal of CEC control, so remotes are not a problem like they were even 5 years ago. What is a problem is integrating into an environment of heterogenous devices. The harmony does this well and it's refreshing to have the ability to say "Alexa, turn off the TV' and have it do exactly what I need. The device has performed flawlessly and the included remote has worked well when I've needed it. All in all this is an amazing device.

This works well, i have a few devices connected to mt tv, it controls all of them with ease. Both RF and IR The only reason it does have 4 stars is because it can get confused if you use the sleep function on your tv. I have had a couple power failures since i have purchased it and the hub does need to be reconnected to the wifi each time manually. The setup does take time, but is straightforward and simple.

I'm fairly technically savvy so I figured this shouldnt be too hard to set up. WRONG. It kept disconnecting on me everytime I'd turn the tv off and the recorded button was somewhat delayed. Eventually my boyfriend got it to work but still not flawlessly. Ultimately I ended up selling the unit for a loss. For someone more familiar with these products it's probably good but for the layman, maybe find something else.
