The remote is easy to setup and makes life easier. One note would be to make sure you have all your make and model numbers available.

Inputs seeem laggy at times. Ill have to push buttons three or four times to get my Ps3 to respond. Difficult to customize things. Still haven't learned how to customize button pages on my phone... The remote that comes with seems very limited. There is no way to pick which device it has control over, which, to me, renders it useless.

Needed a universal remote that works with Fire TV Stick and overall worked well. But loss connection to the internet and now I cannot make it work. Overall works very well with IR devices but very annoying when you have to customize the buttons. still having trouble setting up individual devices but as a group it works.

I gave this to my father for his birthday and he was able to use it easier than the original remote controls.

I bought this to control my AV system with an Amazon echo. The process is easy and it works very well. The remote is a bonus and comes in handy here and there.

So cool! I hooked an echo dot and can control some entertainment devices with my voice!

I've been a fan of the harmony remotes since the start. This one paired with an echo, some insteon lights and tasker on my android phone is the perfect remote.

All reviews made this product seem like it would be great with my Roku TV and Bose Solo soundbar. In reality it was very difficult to program. While it did work well with my TV it was sporadic at Best with my soundbar. Even utilizing the RF blaster I needed to be within 10’feet of the soundbar and point the remote directly ay the soundbar or RF blaster. I returned this product after 3 days.

The remote is a great size and works well with my Nvidia Shield. I love that I can use my Google Home and Harmony to turn my television on and off!

Upgraded my remote from the Harmony 300 and never looked back. Very easy to configure and it responds the instant I hit the buttons. You won't be disappointed.

This remote works but you need to program it right for it to work properly.

I purchased the Harmony hub so that I could control my TV, Firestick, stereo and everything else with one remote and have control of it with Google Home. This works great and does everything I wanted it to, and more. The setup take a bit to figure out and once it is set, don't use the normal remove or manually turn on/off or change inputs. It messes up the system. Overall great product.
