Good product. Simple and well done. I wish it had more buttons to customize and a good way to label them.

The controller box is smaller than I expected, but it controls everything in my living room. The remote is also small and thin. They made it thin by using coin batteries, and some of the buttons are smaller than I like, especially the numbers. However, I like not having to point the remote at anything, so working with the small buttons is not as bad as I thought it would be.

It was very easy to setup and does a good job. I no longer need to use my old remote.

Great option to eliminate remote clutter. It took a while to pair the Bluetooth with my Fire Tv, but got it working. It also works with Nest thermostat, but the interface is lacking. Works with Alexa, but can't do more than turn devices on/off(maybe switch to a certain TV channel if you set up a series of more elaborated commands). My wife and mother in law don't freak out anymore when trying to launch Netflix, one remote turns on Tv/Fire Tv or Blu Ray player/Yamaha receiver. They don't nag anymore about how easy "used to be" to watch television. This alone was worth the money.

I have a big entertainment center and I hated having all these controllers everywhere. I purchased this for the main purpose to use with my Amazon echo.

Easy to setup and does what it says, I use it for my TV and my receiver and it works great so now are using in with my Apple TV to watch plexus and kodi

After about the 20 minute setup this product is fantastic. One touch button and because of the wifi you don't need a direct line of site to the device.

Works with my media cabinet closed without awkward pointing or cursing at everything!

This remote system is relatively easy to set up. Works like a champ.... Also a huge bonus to not have 6 remotes laying around. Would definitely buy another one.

I use harmony along with wink2 to control everything Does the job efficiently

I love using this remote. It's great that I can use it either by the included remote or on my phone with the app. Nice upgrade from the normal remotes.

This remote controls all my devices and less me to use my smart devices to control functions as well. I love it so much I actually have three of them.

Do not let the simple remote fool you, this system can control almost anything if you want it to. The hub uses RF, WiFi, IR, or Bluetooth to control your devices. It also integrates with your Echo for voice control as well as other smart home devices. It is pretty easy to program if you are familiar with your home theater setup. It’s limit is your creativity if you want to push its capabilities. I even have two devices that were not in the online data base. One of them is a battery powered candle and the other was an electric fireplace.

Purchased to replace Harmony 880, and I feel strongly this item works markedly better. Easy to transfer settings, easy to modify settings, easy to use iPhone app. Perfect.

This is a great product at an even better price if you can catch it on sale. Although, after using it for a little while, if I had to do it again, I think I would have been happier spending more money & buying the more advanced Harmony. This is great if you're looking for simplicity, so I'm happy with it in one room, but in my main theater room, I definitely should have gone with something more advanced.

This thing is awesome. Wanted a remote without all the fancy touch screens and this thing worked perfectly. So good we bought another for the bedroom!

Nice form factor and fairly easy to set up It’s great having a single device. great having a single device to do it all.

I got the harmony remote because my remote for my Sony 900e broke. And man I’m glad I did. I can now control everything with just one remote. Not to mention it came with the hub that allows me to voice control my tv with my google home setup. Only reason I haven’t it 4 and not 5 stars is because it can be a bit tricky to set up and takes some getting used to once using it.
