Great remote for a bargain with out breaking the bank. Does what it is suppose to do.

This thing works good most of the time, but when you configure activities, like playing PS4, when you activate the option it suppose to turn on the TV, PS4 and sound system but most of the time one of those doesn't turn on. I need to do it separate. Also, I didn't know how to set up the small controller that comes with, I just use my cellphone as a remote controller.

Product takes a long time to set up, but works good when set up is completed.

Love this remote. Bought this to replace an older one that had a soda spilled on it (oops). Ended up buying two more to replace other older remotes.

This is my second Logitech Harmony product and i think logitech is way ahead of all competition in remote control technology. I owned a older Logitech Harmony 650 for many years and recently the buttons began to be unresponsive due to usage so i purchased this when it was on sale. It was a breeze to set up multiple devices like a Yamaha Receiver, Samsung Blue ray, WOw tv DVR, Fire TV Stick. the main difference with my old remote is i need to push the button only once and all my devices power up immediately. I need only this single remote to control everything

You can't beat this remote for the price. I have been a long time logitech remote user. Great remote.

This remote controls every device I have.. Even the PS3 and Wii! I love being able to use my iPhone as a remote for everything!

Purchase for my mom in law. Very Happy with ease of programmability and usage. Really ties the ‘tv’ together. ;-/

Works well with existing electronics. Easy to install with current Denon Receiver and allows me to turn the whole system on/off from anywhere in the house.

I have two of this and they are great ,don' get met wrong they can drive you crazy at first to set up but once up and running is fine. .

Picked this up so I could use voice commands when the remote isnt handy. A little long to setup and tweak to get it just right but once done it's great

I initially bought this to use with Alexa which I found a little difficult for myself to control the t.v. Maybe I don't have the right commands set or it's a little complicated to tell Alexa to change the t.v. To the National Geographic channel all in one sentice. A lot of times she doesn't understand me. I am still giving this product 5 stars because the remote itself is awesome and I will never go back to a standard remote ever again. It's fully programmable and I love it. I am waiting to get some extra cash to buy another one for the bedroom t.v.

Sometimes it works well, sometimes it doesn't. When it works well it's a good product otherwise it's frustrating.

Some complained that it was hard to set up but since I am upgrading from another Harmony remote, it was super easy. If it has a light, that would help.

My wife has complained for years that she can't turn on the tv anymore after I hooked the sound system and we ended up with multiple remotes. This makes it simple! No more complaining! The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because they are really pushing the fact that you can use the amazon echo with it and the voice commands are VERY limited. Pretty much use it for turning it on and off.
