It's so easy to set up! Love the fact that it works with echo. Too bad I lost the remote because it's great not having to aim the Remote at the tv

This has made my life a lot easier. I have like 5 different devices and now I can control them with just 1 controller. Going to purchase another one.

Works great. Relatively easy to set up. Some quirks as to getting certain functions to operate as desired. With some patience, its great.

We went from a cable remote, Apple TV remote and TV/stereo remote to just this. It has made life so much simpler. This is worth buying if you want to simplify your life.

After a little fine-tuning and some trouble adding a couple of items, in particular the Fire TV, we got this working and it is really great.

This review is based on a few weeks of use. Design of the remote is clean and provides a minimalistic footprint for the hub as well as a great feeling remote. The grip texture on the remote is comfortable and feels nice in the hand. Setup may depend on the system you have and what you plan on doing with it. My system incorporates a smart hub and voice assistant. The Harmony Hub is compatible with both, to a degree. While the unit is compatible, not all features work out of the box and some just didn’t work with my setup. Use is mixed, because the reviews I checked out pointed to this device replacing all other remotes. That hype faded with the fact that I still need some remotes to access some features. Again, this may be due to the complexity of my setup. To note, the mobile app is more usable than the bundled remote in many instances. With some time and patients this product can accomplish many cool things, like not needing to point the remote or phone at TV to change channels. However, the advanced settings may take some trial and error with rewards in the end.

I already had a Harmony remote but purchased this system to allow greater functionality. You can use your smartphone as the remote, and this works well. I also use the supplied remote, but it is not as easy to use as my other remote with the LCD display and additional buttons. I don't really see much additional functionality, but I have not tried it with any connected products yet.

Love this remote. I have 4 of them. It's easy to setup and install. I recommend this to my friends and family and now i am recommending it to you!!!

Have an old old harmony remote, and love it. Great for use with Alexa or Wink.

I have to say I really do love this remote makes everything much easier to control only thing is wish there were more voice compatible devices to control the hub I have the echo dot and it took a while to finally get them to pair. And it seems like they're supposed to pair fairly easy since it doesn't support google home unless you get a different app anyways that's my only issue

This works great when turning on multiple components. It even works with Alexa. I can now turn tv/receiver, speakers, etc on/off using voice control.

The out of the box setup and configuration was so easy. Within 5min had it configured and controlling tv, appletv, and integrated with Echo Dot

This is okay for entry level. Inexpensive remote. Could use some improvements.

Need a remote to control my PS4 and Xbone. Found this at a really good deal.

Great remote control the only issue is wish it had a back light

I have had problems getting this to work with my Onkyo receiver. It’s seem to work with most everything else.

The Logitech - Harmony Smart Control provides a great solution for non-line of sight conditions. Replaced remotes. Entry level and worth the cost.
