Controls all my entertainment systems. A little complicated to program everything but with the customer support, it was very helpful!

Not the easiest to set up, but once it's done it's a pleasure to use.

Love this new remote I was able to replace 5 remotes with it. Very easy to set up and programming can be done via app on the phone.

I love this thing. I have all my equipment in a closet and run it all just fine with this remote. It also controls my philips hue lights.

PROS: It's a great product to use along with my Echo Dot. I use the remote a lot as it works well as a universal remote to control all of my consoles. It's nice to use just one remote/my phone to control everything. CONS: I have had rare experiences where the commands didn't work due to connection issues. It hardly happens, but I can't say it's a fail-proof product.

I bought this to use with my amazon dot. All I have to do now is to tell Alexa to turn on stuff and she does it! Doesn't get much better than that.

Got this to replace my very old Harmony One. The remote itself is nice - buttons click and aren't 'rubbery' feeling. I miss the touch screen area for customization, but it does cut down on accidental presses. The hub is fantastic - not having to have the remote directly pointed at the IR receiver is great, and the expandability options are a plus. Overall, I'd buy again for sure.

This remote changed the dynamic of my entire home. Make Alexa come alive. So easy. Much better than past Harmony remotes. Love the IPhone app.

This is the second one I bought. It was on sale so I could not pass it. I have integrated it with Alexa and the family just loves how it works.

This Logitech Harmony Smart Control in black is invaluable in permitting just one control for all our peripherals (dvr, dvd, etc) to our new Samsung TV.

Allows me to use a single remote for all of my devices, including amazon fire stick. Extremely convenient.

I liked the remote but the setup was a little cumbersome. Also, what is didn't like was losing key functions of my individual remotes especially with the smart TV. If I was to use the remote interface on my phone, I would rather use use the apps original to the remotes. I eventually ended up returning the remote.

Good remote a bit difficult to set up though but once you have it you're golden. Harder to set up non name brand items such as Amazon products

I always love Logitech products and this remote & hub didn't disappoint! It was incredibly easy to set up and is a great starter piece to pair with an Amazon Echo (or Echo Dot) to start a smart home system. We are now able to control our entire custom-designed home theater system after linking the commands with our Echo Dot. The only downside we have found at all is that the remote does not work without the hub (i.e.-if the hub drops off the network for some reason, the remote will not work). Other than that, so far this is a perfect buy!

This is the second of these that I've purchased. One in my living room and one in the basement. Anyone with the app can use it and it's simple!

If you're in the market for a harmony remote, think long and hard about saving $150-200 dollars and buying this thing. This is my second one! Love it.

This remote system works well. all of my devices in one remote works well. this is my third of this type of remote. I would recommend.

I would recommend this product. It was easy to use and since you can use your phone as the controller, you don't always have to find the remote. It's handy to have.

Wish I had realized it was not backlit. Hard to use in the dark.
