Great remote once you learn how to program it. It took me about 10 minutes.

I love this device! It is great for just being able to control my TV with my phone (via the app). The included remote gives you the convenience of an RF remote so no worrying about where to point it. Back to the automation... if you have this and an Amazon Echo/Google home you will be able to shout out commands like turn on TV, turn down volume, turn on NBC etc. One of my favorite things is when I lose the remote I can open the app and use it to control TV. I never actually use the remote control ever now.

The Smart Control pairs well with Alexa and is so ease to use. Channel surfers will enjoy this whether or not they depend on Alexa.

I bought this to replace an aging Harmony 650. I was able to import my devices and commands and everything works better than the original IR 650.

I purchased this mainly due to the Fire TV and Roku 4 not being able to control my TV volume. I was surprised on well the app works compared to the desktop version on my other logitech remote. The only downside I notice is that the included remote is not back lit. It'll take a while to get use to where all the buttons are. I am using this with a Fire TV, Roku 4, and Sony TV.

Setup was a breeze, but it does take a bit of patience. Once all the devices were added and activities configured, it worked perfectly!

I bought this remote to tie all my entertainment center together. I couldn't have asked for a simpler set up and use. I love it.

I got the harmony hub with remote to control my tv and lights. Can be tricky to set up but once you did, it’s a breeze to use

I use it with the amazon echo. It does a few things okay. Needs improvement.

Pros: Nice attractive design Helps automate my movie room Cons: Difficult at first to set up Wife and kids are having a hard tire understanding how to use it Overall I enjoyed this remote because I'm a nerd that likes cutting edge electronics but family members that don't have the same passion for electronics like me, can struggle in tryouts to use said devise.

So it's a bit annoying to set up in the beginning, definitely need a little tech knowledge for this. However it works like a charm after the initially set up and I love that it's a 1 button press for my media. This will change my source on the tv and home theatre system to blu-ray on a touch of a button. Since I have so many stuff hooked up, this made my life easier.

Love the Harmony Smart Control. The remote is very responsive and being able to control everything with the phone or tablet is a huge plus.

It's very user friendly. dos what it's says. very good product. easy set up. no problems yet.

I have a theater room downstairs and we seperated it into 2 rooms. My theater equipment was behind the wall of the now new seconds room. Instead of moving all my equipment and receivers to back into the theater room. I was able to just use the hub. It saved a lot of hassle of drilling and running wire and replacing drywall. Now everything is hidden and the theater looks great.

What a great product.. Combines a universal controller with Smart voice control that can be controlled via google home mini. Awesome!

This thing is awesome!! Works flawlessly with my Amazon Echo! Controls all of my components completely. I’m so glad I purchased this.

My only complaint is that it has a limit on the amount of devices that can be programmed. Other than that it's great comes with a remote and works from my phone so when away from home I can turn tv off if I forget. It also connects with amazon echo so when I arrive home my TV and lights all turn on. Now I can be extra lazy. Lol. Good product just add more connection devices.
