Set up for this remote was very easy over my iPhone.

I have used a Logitech remote for years. It was a lesser model and an older product which I was extremely satisfied with, but it finally failed! I also have purchased many products their products for my computer. I researched remotes on line found this model and was extremely lucky to find it on sale at Best Buy! It's great works with our iPhone, has it's own remote and I highly recomend that you purchase this product! I give it an A+!

PRO's: You can multiply the amount of remotes in your home because all smart phones and most tablets are converted into remote controls with the Harmony application. The remote supports thousands of devices, old and new. CON's: There does not seem to be a Logitech remote app (Harmony) for IPAD; only IPOD. Programming the hub could more intuitive. The remote could be more customizable In short a great product!!!

Nice remote. I know its an entry level smart hub remote, but for the price we pay- it should have had a touch screen.

Remote on smart phone needs some improvement. Remote needs to light up. Should have gone with the new all in one remote

Remote works excellent but does not turn the Playstation 3 or 4 on and off.

Works great after a lot of set up work to get it to talk to everything and create activities. It lets you turn on groups of devices you create. For example "Alexa to on my tv" turns on my tv, cable box, stereo and everything goes to the right inputs. Some aren't quite as user friendly like netflix where it opens my smart tv menu but then I still need to use a remote.

I have this working with my Amazon Echo and it's just great. I have automated much of my new house and this was just icing on the cake.

We now include this in every surround job we do. It's getting easier each time for set-up.

I have use harmony remotes for years and this is a great deal for the price. Everything at the touch of a button

I replaced my 650 with this new harmony smart control device. The way to set it up via my phone and it even downloaded my devices and activities from my previous remote. The only downside is that sometimes i reboot it in order for the app to see it again. I have always used harmony remotes and will continue to use them in the future.

This systems comes with a remote that can do 100% of the main functions for an audio/video system. Any special functions can be done with your smart phone.

Works pretty well. Alexa commands work most times. I would like a better app, we dont use it much, but other than that, fantastic

Harmony has made switching from TV to Xbox to Switch and back insanely easy. Alexa integration is the best part; I simply walk into my apartment and say "Alexa, turn on ESPN" and Harmony turns my TV on and changes the channel to ESPN. Ultimate laziness. The connectivity relies on how good your WiFi is, so sometimes it can be laggy, but this is very rare.

Took a little while to get set-up with my Windows Media Center PC's (I purchased two remotes), but once I was able to get them set-up they worked very well. Would give 5 stars if Logitech would ever make their set-up process more intuitive and user friendly. Just doesn't seem it should be as much of a challenge as it is. It's not "too" bad...just not as user friendly is it could be.

Great to replace all my remote controls and now working with amazon eco

Impressive features which work very well with Alexa. I can say "Alexa switch on ABC" and it does just that. Good product and very usefull.
